update: at the end of bottle, i had not noticed a significant enough increase in energy to justify purchase of a second bottle. in conjunction with the entire RNA for Lyme kit, it may have subtle benefits, but not enough to continue use. sublingual B12 is more effective and cheaper.having used May - Aug, i noticed about a 40% Increase as part of the entire RNA plan for lyme.disease sufferers (since there is no cure). of all 5 i'm using, this is the one i can't quite tell how it's working. maybe b/c we have mostly caffeinated products to compare it to. and it's not as potent as b12 which you can immediately tell upon taking when it begins to work. i believe there is enough extra baseline energy that it provides, but it's subtle and not enough to distinguish it from how the other products impact energy. i will continue using pure energy for now and can update the review once i determine exactly how it's helping.
