Handy tool and does the job. Would be better if both irons worked at same time, so 2 people could use but they heat up in seconds. Only dislike is the irons dont fit in the stands properly no matter how hard you try, and a slight bump on table dislodged and the can fall from holder, so you have to be very careful if your just putting it in while adjusting something. But doesn't affect the machine itself so something I can live with.

I am delighted with this it's easy to use as the pens are a comfortable fit with a light flex which gives easy movement ,with the temperature control another advantage, delivered on time very happy 💯👍Ps I hear people saying the stands are not good ,I think they must have them put together wrong as they are perfect I attached a photo of the correct way to fit the holder

I have not long received this so only used a couple of times so haven’t really got to know a lot about it but it was easy to set up and use the temperature control seems to work well, I have only had to go up to 83 degrees so far and it heated up really quickly. The only thing that is disappointing is that the pens don’t sit in the holders very well so they tend to fall out which is abit annoying as I wouldn’t really be able to use both of the pens at the same time because I’d be afraid 1 would fall off the holder when is super hot but I would say it is still good for the money.

Looks very complicated....but so easy to use, very precise..amazing results...

After few months of barely using the machine, I did some pyrography around Christmas for presents. One pen stopped working after a short time of use. The temperature is really difficult to set and does not stay constant, mostly either too hot or not hot enough. The pens get really hot, quite quickly, even when used with a heat glove, you have to take a brake and switch off regularly. Ideally I would return it, but it dead the seem to be an option.

Unfortunately one of the pyrography pens stopped working after 5 days, have had too buy a replacement had expected better.

Real shame about this unit. I haven't used it often and after very little use the illuminated display stopped working.This is inconvenient, as it makes it difficult to use repeat settings to obtain a particular effect.It makes the effect produced unpredictable It is also dangerous, as it is not immediately obvious when the machine is switched on.I was really happy until this happened - seems well made and had worked well in use. So sad, but this unit at least, is much less useable than it was.
