Really not much to say with regards to placemats, but these definitely do the trick. They have a nice heft to them so they sit still and don't slide around. Quality wise, these are top notch, no stray patterns or frizz on the edges. Best of all, you can flip them around and get a slightly different color pattern. Of course, the primary appeal of these is that they are easy to clean. So easy to wipe or just run under the faucet. Definitely glad to be replacing my fabric placemats, which slid around and required a trip to the washing machine to get clean that always resulted in wrinkles.

UPDATE:I was contacted by Onlyer after leaving my review. They gave me a full refund, which I appreciate. I've upgraded my review based on excellent customer service. I stand by original assessment of the placemats themselves and would only recommend them for outdoor use.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I cannot understand the high rating. Perhaps the glowing reviews were done by folks who got reimbursed or were paid to leave a 5-star review. I get that kind of offer via email several times a day, and they go directly into my SPAM folder. The reason they get 2 stars (instead of just one) is because the gray color is as shown.THE BAD:The claim these are "anti skid" is false.Mine were sliding all over with the lightest touch.They are an open weave of plastic strands, and that open weave allows crumbs to fall down into the crevices. You cannot wipe them clean, you have to either shake them outs or take them to the sink and rinse them off. They will not protect your table from moisture collecting under your iced beverage either- the water will go right on through. Before I realized this, the moisture sat overnight and the next morning, when the mat slid as I put down a bowl of cereal, water was still on the table and the grain of the wood had raised as a result. Since this is our everyday (pine) table and it already had a fair amount of scratches (hence the reason I wanted to get placemats), I will chalk it up as a learning experience and be grateful that it was not our formal dining table. Now I will say, they are correct about being non-stain because no liquid will ever soak into the plastic, it beads on top or goes through the other side.I did not test their claim of heat resistance.

I was looking for grayish colored mat that’s not going to break bank for everyday use. I found it through Amazon search, and was hesitant because there isn’t many reviews for this mat. However, I ordered anyways because it was within my price point. I’m glad I did because I was impressed by the mat. It’s not too thick and I’m liking the water wicking for easy to clean up spilled mess. Warning: water will still go through the mat because it’s not tightly woven and there are tiny holes that water will leak through. That’s okay though because I can wash it and let it dry.All-in-all, I would recommend this product for everyday use.

Just wanted to try them as I was not aware of the brand/seller. The item was of highest quality with the mats withstanding high temperatures of our Asian food. The material looked durable and the base was strong enough not to skid. The packaging was good enough and the woven structure was good too. The 6 pack of mats were washable and easy to clean. Recommended

Solid set of mats that hold plates sturdy in place on the table. Material is very thick and seem like these will last a long time. The color hasn’t faded from dishwasher or heat. Recommended!

I was surprised when they arrived that they were a woven plastic. They are still lovely and shift from black to gold depending on the light. The woven part does seem to like to collect food but because they are plastic it’s fairly easy to take them to the sick and wash the mats off.

This placemats are thin and they do slide around on my dinning table.

These are so great! They are really easy to clean. I am finding that if you spray them with a bit of Dawn power wash and then run them under water they clean up super well. I like that at different angles they change in colour a bit as well.
