Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I like this computer. The only problem I have been having is the keyboard and the mouse. Every time I restart the computer, the keyboard and mouse does not work. Somehow it’s not recognized by the computer anymore. It’s very annoying because it’s connected via Bluetooth I think. I have to use my laptops mouse to have the computer re-recognize both the devices. It turns on and off automatically.Edited: I changed my star rating to 1 because there is no negative rating. This product is worthless. I purchased it on the 1st of October and on the 5th of November it stopped working. I contacted Amazon (Adrian and Badrinath) after hours of chatting told me they can’t do anything because return date has expired. They had me call the manufacturer because according to Badrinath, they can’t contact the manufacturer. Manufacturer offered repair service which will take 7-10 business days from the day they receive the item. Then I have to wait to get it back. I have stuff due on the 8th that I needed this computer for. The reason for purchasing was for my articles. Now, I don’t have any computer, nor any replacement computer, no refunds and I have to go spend more money on buying a new computer from Bestbuy so I can work on my stuff while waiting for manufacturer. Waste of money. Horrible service from Amazon.

PC is ok, less than thrilled that this brand new machine has a dead pixel and it is required that it have 2 dead pixels to be covered under warranty. Acer customer service was not helpful. They suggested troubleshooting solutions that I completed but were pointless. Their customer service staff also clearly did not communicate well with one another. On a subsequent call it appeared that the notes provided by the previous CSR were inadequate to communicate the steps we already took. They are unwilling to provide a positive outcome.. Will never buy another Acer product. Very unhappy.

Wow. This is a great computer. Any complaints made about the C24-865 have been resoundingly addressed here.Notable features:-The keyboard USB dongle is in the bottom edge of the monitor. This is a great improvement, as often they plug into the back causing bad/choppy keyboard response.-The mouse is already plugged in and ready to go.-The SD reader, audio jack, and keyboard dongle are all on the bottom edge. Easy access!-You can easily add a second/dual monitor.-This monitor is nice and bright with a great, wide viewing angle.-It does have a disc drive, which is becoming rare these days.-Because it has a solid state drive, it reboots ridiculously fast.-It has a dual mic, and the sound quality of the speakers is fantastic.-Alexa works very well with it.-The webcan quality is better.-We did plug our Firestick into the HDMI port (oh yeah, it has one) and it works. You can use this like a TV if you wanted to.-It’s convenient. Plug in the power cord and you’re ready to go.My husband is in IT and works with this stuff every day. He loves this computer. We have installed it in a public area and created accounts for everyone. The whole family uses it, and the kids are getting a jump on back to school assignments using this. It’s amazing!

When I saw the spec's on this Acer computer I5, 12 G DDR and 512 SSD, I couldn't find a computer that was even close for the price. For the most part it has been fast (boots up in around 10 sec), display and sound are great. Now for the mostly great. The fan in this computer is noisy. Not like broken fan noisy, just an unpleasant hum that when you are in a quiet room tends to be annoying over time and get on your nerves. We bought this computer to replace a 7 year old iMac which also has a fan but the Acer fan noise is much more noticeable. If you aren't concerned with noise or think this is nitpicky you will be very happy with this computer.

This is my second Acer Aspire AIO and I LOVE IT! My original Acer is 7 years old and running perfectly but I wanted more RAM, HD and solid state drive. It downloads and transfers sooo much faster than my 4 GB AcerDownside: The stand is NOT ADJUSTABLE and sits very high (17.5") making webcam awkward and reducing computer placement options. Keyboard is very sensitive. I'm an old typist (100 WPM) but on this keyboard I make tons of mistakes so I just purchased a different keyboard.All in all this Aspire Z24 is a great value. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Everything worked great out of the box. Ez set up. The SSD drive makes this work like a rocket-ship--Boot is seconds not minutes. The SSD drive is one of the reasons people love Apple computers, a computer is only as fast as its slowest component and those slow one TB+ hard drives will slow down the fastest computers. Picture and sound are both terrific, as are the wireless monitor and keyboard. Great value --highly recommended. It does not come with office and my old office professional 2010 was not compatible but I found a reasonably priced licensed edition on eBay.

I've been really pleased with this computer. I'm amazed at how fast it boots up with the SSD. Applications load quickly as well. Monitor and speakers are great, too! I have not tried the camera yet, so I can't comment on that. I was going to reduce my rating by two stars because of one significant issue: the CD/DVD drive upon first use sounded like a jet plane trying to take off. It's almost like the tray doesn't close tightly enough. It didn't happen all of the time, but about every 5th or 6th disc, that same loud annoying sound would happen. I decided to only reduce my rating by one star, because Amazon was generous enough to give me a partial credit which will cover the purchase of an external CD/DVD drive. With that resolved, I would recommend this product for home/office use.
