Bernard Jensen's, Gelatin Capsules, 250 Capsules

Have sore knees. Heard about gelatin over the years and thought I would give it a tray. Based on reviews, I took 8 pills per day (4 at breakfast and 4 at dinner). This is about one bottle per month. About three weeks in knees feel less painful. A few months in my nails feel more rigid and strong. Would recommend this product to anyone who wants to address those issues.

I buy this to help fingernails stay in good shape. In winter months when limited sun shine they become brittle and split easily. This seems to help

This brand is the only one in which my skin is noticeably different. It is softer and more hydrated looking after only 4 days. It improved a little more after a couple of weeks. I take daily. I tried each brand for three weeks in a row.

My husband swears these capsules help his knee pain. He prefers the capsules to the powder form. We have been using them for at least 2 years.
