It Works!!
Works perfect. I get a good sweat under it (I always have a shirt under it so its not touching my skin. Then another shirt over it so as not to be seen. I don't use this as a waist trainer. Just to help sweat more and play the role of weight belt when lifting to keep back straight and belly in.It's Fully adjustable. Velcro does it job very well. This will not pop open on you.

The only thing i dont like its the fact that the two last set of ...
It fits perfectly use it to work out dont notice that im sweating til i take it off. I can see it shape my stomach area as soon as I take it off. Even others have notice the change. The only thing i dont like its the fact that the two last set of straps the smaller ones tend to interlap but besides that its perfect.

Ouch
It works well -- effectively slimming my waist but ouch!! Quality materials and I can tell it would hold up to daily use for years, but it's tough to wear... If only it were soft and felt good on my skin..... I have had soft ones though and they don't work nearly as well. Also this one shapes and softer ones just seem to help burn water weight.

I have spurs in my neck. six months ago, I purchased one from cvs as seen on tv.it didn't last know time. then I purchased one from you, and it is a very good product, plus it has adjustable straps on this one for more pressure for my lower back. and it good. I can drive now without holding my arm in a position that is uncomfortable. the product is super good. the packaging was perfect. I love it. thanks amazon

The delivery of the package was great but the product itself was a bust for me
The delivery of the package was great but the product itself was a bust for me. the front part of the belt is made with some type of paper so it does not stay flat after a while. the layers of metal on each side of the belt will turn up in the middle of the belt which makes the belt uncomfortable after a while of wearing it.
