This is a nice monitor, nothing special but has good picture and is a easy to set up. Make sure you get what you need (parts) to run your lab top to this monitor, this is what I’m using it for, I also bought a keyboard and WiFi mouse. Nice!

I'm using mine RIGHT NOW!!!Wide but not tall -- you HAVE to consider "aspect ratios" in deciding what to buy. Both VGA and HDMI, and tilts (but no vertical height adjustment).In my case, i play the "Second Life" game, and I can move all of the Chat, Inventory, Mini-Map, Tilt-controls, etc. boxes to the sides and have a good "playing area" in the center 60% of my screen.CAUTION: Prices of monitors are very volatile, so I deliberately haven't said whether for you this is a good buy or not.

I've never really been a Dell Computer fan, but I needed a new monitor recently for a good price. I came across this monitor while it was on sale for $89.80, and it is one hell of a monitor for the price! It has multiple built in options to adjust the display and works perfectly, while looking just as sleek. It has one HDMI and VGA port which are easy to access, unhindered by the stand. This monitor does not have built-in speakers, which I don't mind, because I use my PC for gaming and have a headset. Speaking of gaming the monitor also has an option to increase response time, different modes such as a game mode and many others, as well as an option to increase the display sharpness. Lastly, having an IPS display the screen doesn't wash out at almost amy angle. I would definitely buy for 90 bucks again.

I bought this monitor at the same time as I bought the Dell Inspiron 15.6 inch computer believing that purchasing a monitor made by the same people who made my computer would be an ideal match. It wasn't quite. This monitor, despite offering the same pixel ratios as the computer, seems a bit more washed-out color-wise from the laptop display. Because both display sit side by side it's an easy comparison and one that is quite noticeable. The controls on the frame are easy enough to make all the adjustments you'd want-color, density, framing, etc but I couldn't quite get the sharpness or the vibrant colors I was expecting. It's fine for my use-I stay mostly in the black and white world of Microsoft Office-but there is a slight degradation in the overall color display. Not enough that I can't recommend it, but enough that I can't give it five stars.

I LOVE IT, it's perfect for what I need to do. I had an old monitor that was VGA and when I hooked it up to an HDMI through an adaptor it was very grainy. I decided to get this monitor to avoid that. I made that right call. It's a great monitor.

Nice big monitor with a bright picture - fantastic for my laptop. I've had it for a month at least and no complaints here. Great price as well!
