I'm 5'4" 145 lbs 34C and I normally wear a medium in everything. Everyone said this runs big up top and to get a size smaller than usual, so I ordered a small. It fits FANTASTICALLY up top (with a strapless bra) and even at my waist (which is where I carry the bulk of my weight, so it's unusual that a size small fits me there). But the length is perfect WITHOUT any shoes, it looks a smidge short with small-heeled sandals and looks too short with heeled sandals, and I'm only 5'4". It's already as low-cut as can possibly be gotten away with, so I can't adjust the straps to make it longer or my boobs will fall out! So be aware that a SMALL is perfect for a C-cup bust, 29.5 inch waist, and someone a little shorter than me, maybe 5'3". If you're taller than 5'4 and are thinking about a medium, you'll need a big C or D bust in order for it to fit you up top. If you have an A or small B bust and are thinking about an extra small, you'll need to be shorter than 5'3' in order for it to be long enough at the bottom. If you're tall and thin with a small bust, no size is going to fit you well. If you're short and curvy, this is the dress for you! The material is really basic looking and would look very casual were it not for the sexy low neckline, which dresses it up. And the slit goes high enough that you'll want to pin it if you're going any place windy. Caveats aside, if you have the right body shape, this dress is AMAZING. It draws attention away from my belly and love handles, makes me look more like an hourglass shape, and highlights my cleavage. I originally ordered the deep green and I love it so much I ordered a second one in black.

So beautiful!! It fit just like a glove!! Still fits and is amazing to this day!

For reference, I am 5’3” and weigh 125-130 lbs. I normally wear a 32DD from Victoria’s Secret and my waist size at the smallest part is 28.5, at the widest, 37. I bought a size small in the all black, spaghetti strap style. The fabric is kind of a cheap cotton, it’s not scratchy but I wouldn’t call it soft either. After adjusting the straps to how I like it, the top portion fits perfectly! It’s not too loose and not too tight and it’s actually pretty comfortable, however, at the part where it cinches in at the waist/under-bust area, it’s about 1-2 inches too wide for me but that can be easily fixed with just a belt or could even be altered. If you like your dresses to be somewhat loose fitting, then it would be perfect! I like to have mine a bit tighter or more form fitting. The length is perfect on this dress, without shoes on, it touches the floor, but in my flip flops or a pair of sandals even, it would be fine. I haven’t worn it out but I wouldn’t consider it a tripping hazard. The main part that I don’t like is the slit. The slit comes up way too high. If the wind blew in the right direction, I would flash everyone my underwear!! Also, the fabric folds over too far so unless I’m kneeling down or sitting down, it doesn’t even look like there’s a slit at all. I have to pull the fabric back or fold it to have an actual slit in the dress. Overall, I liked it enough to buy a second one, but I will most likely be doing a few alterations to one or both of them.

Size down changed my initial review . I startEd with my initial Review and end w/ much more positive on smaller size. I really wanted to love this dress. But unfortunately it did not work for me I am a (34 c 5’4” and 130 lbs )the top fit great but with all the extra fabric in the front and the pleating accompanied by my chest size the front poofed out making it to appear a bit like a maternity dress appearance . My boyfriends response was u are a small woman and have a great figure and that makes you appear larger than u are .Positive, nice weight cotton . Loved the adjustable straps was able to make it fit top without being overly revealing or feel like I was going to fall out any second . Ordered a smaller size in hopes that it would not appear as bulky / maternity like in front . May just not be ok for my figure . May be best for straight figure vs. curvy figure may. The pleats may accentuate the wrong areas overly or poof out. I originally gave this a 3 star ordered based on the size chart but ordered in a small because I love the fabric weight color dress design . However took a chance and order again in a small and fit was soooooo much better , took away that bulge as that made me appear larger in hip and the pregnant look in belly area it is definitely a keeper now so glad I took a chance on the smaller size this will a great dress I can either dress up or down . My plans is for the dressy casual look to dinner on my holiday in aruba . Smaller size made all the difference !!!😀

Such a great summer dress, I ordered the white in a M but will be returning it for a S. I was worried about the bust area not fitting, and the white being see through. If you tend to wear a smaller size with a larger bust like me- go for the smaller size. The fabric is stretchy/comfortable and not see through. The M was a bit loose in my bust and waist area which is why I'm returning for a S. If you are debating about this dress, get it- it's very lovely & flattering! For reference, I'm a 5'4", 32G, 27.5 waist, 39 hips (all booty)- size 4/6 jean, S-M tops, XS-M dresses (depending on how the bust fits).

Was a cute and flattering dress. Fit just right. Problem was I needed it for a wedding and this was extremely casual. The fabric looked more shiny silky in the pictures imo snd in person it was a heavy tee shirt fabric. Adorable for a bbq or small event but not for my sister n laws $350 plate wedding. Would be great if the top was this fabric and than a tulle bottom! Has a little snap at the chest which is nice. Also straps are adjustable. Slit is actually in the correct place and not center. FYI I’m 220lbs 5’2 all weight in my boobies and tummy unfortunately & the XXL fit comfortably and flattering. May keep to use for the summer . Great vacation dress!

I'm really unhappy with this dress. I ordered it for a wedding way in advance because shipping was multiple months out. When it arrived I couldn't believe how poor quality it was. It's super thin and a bit see-through. The sizing is inaccurate- I ordered a small, despite normally wearing a medium in things like this. It's too large and is very unflattering and baggy. The slit in the skirt goes all the way up to the waist, so one gust of wind or awkward turn and you would be flashing everyone. It would need to be pinned or taped in order to be appropriate for anything other than an instagram pic. The straps are very skinny and stretchy, and provide zero support or structure. When I expressed my displeasure to the seller, they told me that I couldn't return it, but I could "give it to a friend" and take a 5% refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Please don't waste your money on this- it's crappy quality and isn't worth the risk that it won't fit.

Starting off I’m 5’6ish, 165ish lbs, with a 38DD chest. I normally wear a Large and that’s what I ordered and it fit perfectly. Didn’t need to size up or down. Couple things.. 1. This dress doesn’t look like the pictures. Maybe it’s because the model is tiny and has no chest but either way it’s a little different. But it’s still very cute. 2. The fabric is different then I thought it was from the pictures. But it’s not bad. It’s cheap but not too cheap if that makes sense. 3. The slit needs work. It’s so far behind the other flap of fabric that you can’t tell there even is a slit. So it looks like a normal dress. (Even when you walk) But what I did is took a little pin and pinned it. So that way you continuously see the slit and your leg. It gives the dress the little bit of sexiness it needs. 4. Overall very happy I ordered this dress. With pinning it, it’s perfect for our little date night. I would recommend ordering it.
