THESE ARE NOT 1/4" they are 3/16"
The product was shipped quickly and packed well. However, they are advertised as 1/4" and they are actually 3/16" which makes a difference if weight is a consideration as it is with my needs.

Great for outside hanging
I got these to help out with a shade I was putting up in my backyard and ended up using them for everything…hanging the fan…clothesline for towels to dry…

Incorrectly described. They are only 3/16" diameter
Well, they were cheap and I can use them anyway, but they are NOT 1/4" which is what I really wanted. They are actually only 3/16" diameter. See the attached photo showing the package describing them as 1/4", the actual screw, and the calipers I have on the screw showing the measure at 3/16". Otherwise, box store grade at a fair price.
