I was a bit worried buying this based on some reviews that called into question quality control, including the poles lining up. Glad I did buy it, it performs just as advertised. Is it as refined as an Apple product, no. But it is designed to get your fishing poles from your garage to the beach, boat, lake, or wherever the fish are. My holders line up just fine, fits the receiver hitch just fine, and it is small and light enough to easy pull out to get the tailgate of the Jeep open. Perfect. If you need a receiver hitch and don't want a huge basket for an ice chest, which is much bulkier and heavier to remove when you get to the beach, buy this one. Now! UPDATE: This isn't useful for a stock Jeep on the beach - the handle from a standard surf casting pole sticks so far out the bottom it drags in the sand.

I would have given this a five if the holes on one side of the longer spacer (A) would line up with the holes on the opposite side (that connect to the receiver "E"). This leaves the one side of the four rod holder offset. Not unusable but a little quality control goes a long way.

What a horrible experience. Missing parts and does not fit in standard hitch. I had to file the corners to get this to fit into the hit and it is still very tight. Also not included was the lock, cap end, pin to lock etc... This was not as easy as the video suggested. I'd send it back but we literally destroyed the thing out of frustration trying to put it together.

Overall it works but one screw didn’t fit so I had to use something else in replace.
