I particularly appreciate that this isn't scented. Rosehip has a pleasant herby smell that I really like. It can take a little getting used to if you've never smelled it before. Does a really nice job on damp skin, soothing, and absorbs well. A wintertime favorite!

This oil is too thick and viscous for me. I have very dry skin so normally anything will soak right up but this product sits on the surface of my skin without fully absorbing. I've tried using a few drops and although it feels nourished, my skin remains shiny and greasy feeling the entire day. Definitely cannot use under my makeup. It has no odor that I detect so that is good. This is just a no for me other than as a nighttime moisturizer or no make up day until I use it up.

I’ve noticed a couple things (before using product) just upon its arrival. One, the color shown in the photos reflect what true rosehip oil should be (dark amber, not lighter golden) and my tincture bottle is definitely golden. Also, my bottle lists the ingredient as “Rosehip SEED Oil”, note there is a difference and it is advertised as “Rosehip Oil”. There is a difference between the two, but what I cannot decide is which one to believe .. the front of the label/Amazon description OR the back of the bottle where it lists ingredients. I feel like this could be very misleading. I’ll post this as a question to see if anyone can answer to that.I will give the product a chance and update my review in result. But with these discrepancies, I’m hesitant to use on sensitive skin, because it could have reverted effects due to the false advertising.To be continued…

Works for moisturizing, and has had an effect on my fine lines. The product arrived smelling like it was on its last leg though. After a month of use (gone through an ounce or so) its working well, but is starting to smell like crayons. Great value for the money, but those who are sensitive to this kind of smell should avoid this product, or be prepared to mix it with an essential oil, or something to help with the smell.Also, the bottle was not full on arrival. I didnt weigh it, so to be fair idk if it was at the right weight.. I will buy again, Im not worried if its a touch old, as long as it works, and it does!

My sister and I have been using this as a face moisturizer. It works very well and absorbs quickly! I have no issues with my pores getting clogged when I use this - unlike other moisturizers I have tried. It doesn't have much of a scent, but it is a little earthy smelling. You don't have to use much, as a little goes a long way. I definitely am getting my money's worth out of this product!

Very good moisturizing oil! It absorbs very quickly and then you use your favorite moisturizer. The only draw back is the smell when your first applying. Thank God the smell goes away very, very quickly!

Smells a bit odd. Not rose-like. Dropper drips uncontrollably.
