Loved this book! So comprehensive and full of information. I read this book through on the day I received it. It's well written and an enjoyable read! Beautiful book.

While this book is moreso geared towards beginners, I believe it is still a fantastic and informative book for anyone to read! Lidia Pradas offers information on a wide variety of topics, including different correspondences and techniques to practice, types of witches, energy work, altar tools, the Wheel of the Year, different types of divination, herbs, and more! While she gives an overview of most topics, she still manages to be very detailed, and I found that she was very clear and concise with the information she offered which made it very enjoyable to read and easy to comprehend. I definitely learned a lot! I especially love the different charts she included, such as basic runes and tarot meanings, and correspondences for colors, herbs, etc. These will be useful for future reference if I ever need it. One thing I also loved is that, even though she is Wiccan, her book is not centered around Wiccan practices. While she may make references to her own practices, she always makes sure to talk about some other beliefs/origins just as much, and it never felt like I was being pushed towards Wicca. It really is a book for anyone! There were a couple of times that I wished there was maybe a bit more information on a topic (scrying, for example), but I understand it would be impossible to include all of the information on everything, so I really don’t fault her for that. She went out of her way to include as much information as she could in the amount of pages that she had, and I think she did a great job at going in depth as much as she could. Even if you’re not super into witchcraft, it’s definitely worth the read! (P.S.: The artwork is absolutely beautiful! Made reading it so much more fun.)

Being a visual person, the illustrations are what drew me to it first. They are just beautiful and fit so well with the content and the explanations. It is very well put together and makes an easy read. It's also very well thought out and easy for beginners as well as the seasoned witch to understand. I love the "Things I Wish Someone Had Told Me" sections throughout the book. It is very detailed and provides a wide range of knowledge. I sure learned a lot! While many of the topics are presented as an overview, there is still a lot of information stuffed between the pages. Lidia provides a wide range of topics from How to Start to using all the Correspondences so you can provide ummph to your spells. I particularly like the detail on the Eight Claire Senses. While I've been increasing my knowledge for many years now and have a ton of books on crystals, herbs, the Craft etc., I've not heard of Clairempathy before. As I said, everyone can learn something from having this book! Lidia covers a very wide range of topics and anyone who reads this is going to gain knowledge of one type or another! Not sure exactly how to describe it but just holding this book gave me the feeling of positive vibes I could feel and also that she really knows her stuff!!

I love it it’s a great book especially if your starting out

I pre ordered this lovely book and was not disappointed. While not a beginner myself, I still find it very handy and the illustrations brightened my day when I first opened it (I’ll add some images if I can edit reviews, apologies for the inconvenience at this time). The author gives a lovely overview of the basics and things in their perspective from their path as well; no crazy there’s only one way to do x nonsense, and the text was very clear to understand as a non native English speaker. I am very pleased with this purchase, regardless of the fact it was a bit more beginner focused than I had presumed it would be. Definitely in my top list for recommended witchcraft literature - it was a pleasure (*disclaimer, this book was graciously purchased by my partner and review posted by their account)

Had to be reordered as half the book was torn. The information is useful but incomplete.

I am a newbie and am a bit overwhelmed with all the information that is out there. This is a really great introduction. It has a bit of history, and touches a little bit on everything that I would need to start my Magick practice with confidence. I've used this book to help start my own Grimoire.

Buena calidad y muy cuidada la maquetación. El libro es tan bonito, que antes de pararte a leerlo, necesitas tomarte tu tiempo para contemplarlo y luego entrar en materia. Cuenta con toda clase de conceptos básicos, pasos y pequeños "consejos" para llevar a cabo prácticas y rituales, guías a la hora de leerte el tarot o preguntar a tu péndulo, la rueda del año, propiedades de piedras. La lectura es agradable ya que no son textos farragosos rodeados de dibujos que te sumergen en el ambiente, por lo tanto, no te saturas con sobredosis de ideas. Un libro muy intuitivo e indispensable para iniciar el camino.

Il libro è molto carino ed accurato! I disegni sono bellissimi e l'inglese con cui è scritto è davvero facile. È il grimorio più completo che abbia trovato finora, tratta tutti gli argomenti necessari a chi è appassionato di paganesimo, wicca o esoterismo. Lo consiglio. I'm new to witch crafts thank you so much you really explain it in a very easy manner it was in depth and very informative now I feel more free after reading this gremory book thank you so much!

I really enjoyed the book, it was easy and fun to read. I'm a baby witch and I think the book is suited for beginners who want to know, what paths there are and where we can find magic in our lives. I think it gives a nice overview and I loved the artwork and the writing style. The only downside I found in the book is that since it tries to cover a bit of everything, there is no space to explore a subject in-depth.
