Dr. Comfort Cindee Dress Heels Diabetic Shoes for Women-Easy Off-Leather Therapeutic Shoes with Removable Insoles

I am an attorney with prediabetes and often after a day in court my feet are swollen. The shoe fits correctly and is VERY comfortable. The customer who complained of the straps may not understand how to work the adjustment. Pull the button out on the outside of the shoe BEFORE you put them on. The strap will extend quite a bit as you put your foot in. After the shoe is on push the button back in, and wind it - until the strap retracts to a comfortable position. It's perfect because I have a high dorsal.

This is a very beautiful and well made shoe. Unfortunately for me it did not fit well at all even though I ordered the exact same size I am wearing in another pair of Dr Comfort Shoes. I need orthotic shoes with added depth in the toe area which these were labeled as having, because of my hammer toes. My toes were jammed against the top of the toe area and the length seemed more than a size too short. Also, the strap was at least a half inch too long in its tighest position across my foot. I was disappointed that they fit me so poorly or I would have given them a five star rating because they are really beautiful shoes .

I got these shoes because I wanted a shoe I could wear for dress that looks nice, and were comfortable: very hard to find. I was looking at Alegria, a brand I wear, when I saw these. I've never worn Dr Comfort shoes, so I was a bit nervous (but Amazon makes returns so easy). These shoes have not disappointed. There isn't enough arch support for all day wear on my feet, but are working well for a few hours at a time. After years of an 8-10 hours on my feet job, I need a wide shoe with lots of toe room. I ordered the 10 W rather than the WW, which usually end up being too long. It was a bit snug at first, but I wore them at home with thick socks to stretch them in the toe area and it worked. They are fine now. I love the buckle on the strap. It is different, but quite easy to use and very adjustable. The 10 is still a tiny bit loose in length, but the adjustable strap keeps them from sliding. I also like the fact that it is the same color as the shoe, and not gold or silver. Overall I am very happy with this shoe and will look at this brand again next time I need shoes.

I was so hoping for this shoe to be the one! After lining in flats for the past 10 years, I wanted a heel. What they don't tell you is they have this new 3 direction procedure for OPENING THE SHOE! I read the instructions 3X, I can't figure it out.

I have degenerative disc disease and have had sciatic nerve pain to the extreme. I can’t wear flats, there has to be more support and heals are really out of the question. These are so unbelievably comfortable and make a huge difference for my back. Highly recommend to anyone who struggles with lower back pain and knee pain. My knees used to throb (and still will if I go days without wearing these). As far as the knob, it’s kind of funny and my coworkers laugh at me when I have to stop and wind them up because I accidentally had them a little too lose. Enjoy!

Arrived on time, shoe is for my mother. Love the strapping system! Hope she likes them just that it was missing the extra insole inserts as indicated on paper. Overall I think that I will continue to purchase shoes like this if my mother likes the comfort. Seems very durable, quality workmanship.

The color of these shoes can NOT be described as taupe. They are a strange brown color more like buckwheat. Too bad - I had ordered them for a wedding and now I"m back to square one.
