Calling Asurion Out for Trustworthy and Immediate Service
After a bit more than 6 months, the hard drive failed on the refurbished Lenovo Tiny CPU I purchased. It may have been caused by a power failure, and following power surges. Prior to the failure, I ran a S.M.A.R.T. hard drive evaluation because the computer was running very slowly. The analysis indicated that a hard drive failure was inevitable. The problem was that the power surge hit shortly after the evaluation; and I had yet to back up the hard drive.We had relocated to Florida just 7 months before; and we couldn't find hard copies of our records. Thanks much to Amazon for keeping records of our orders. Using the Amazon web site, I located both of the invoices from 6 months back, (computer and Asurion Protection Plan).I visited the Asurion website, filled out their claim report, described the problem and the analysis; and almost instantly was advised to send the computer back for a refund. I sent the computer back, (UPS shipping covered by Asurion). Later that evening I received an email advising me that a credit was added to our Amazon Gift Card account.Thank you Asurion and AmazonJoe M

nothing is as the instructions say.
Sending this piece of garbage back. Customer service sucks, instructions said I needed an internet usb. None in box, too almost 20 minutes with very rude man & I gave up & told him I would just send it all back. He decided to send me the usb then. Tried to get battery door open on keyboard, no way in hell, if I broke it they would say it was my fault. Instructions say to remove usb from bottom of mouse there isn't one.

Great Job
I insured my computer with ASURION. I had a problem with it and called the seller to see if they could help. Did some troubleshooting but no good. Contacted Asurion to use warranty and it only took one call for them to make arrangements to pick up the computer the next day and issued me a refund on Amazon Gift card. Great Customer Service! Thanx
