Too many design flaws, high price
This stroller has some nice features, such as quick release rear wheels, collapsible frame (though you have to tie something around it to keep it collapsed for transport or upright storage), adjustable seat back tilt, and adjustable harness. However there are many design flaws:- front wheel does not swivel so it doesn't steer unless you tip the chair backwards, which is unnerving for the occupant and difficult if the occupant doesn't sit back fully.- optional swivel wheels purchased at significant cost do not fit and the company did not reply to requests for assistance. The swivel wheels also do not have a brake, so if you want to steer you won't have a brake capacity.- front buckle for crotch strap breaks easily and a custom replacement must be found.- joint in front oblique support has sharp metal edges that have cut my daughter's arms. She *is* disabled and sometimes flails her arms.- main brake is weak and has to be squeezed quite hard.- rear emergency brake only engages if wheels are perfectly aligned, so won't work in most emergency instances. When it does engage, the chair comes to a full stop instantaneously, so the occupant could be thrown from the chair if the harness is not done up or breaks.- rear handle is quite flexible; hasn't broken yet but threatens to.- bottom storage basket must be detached from stays to collapse chair. If detached, basket flops sideways and rubs on tires.- canopy doesn't stay extended on its own.- seat pad is not strong and collapses fairly easily
