It's sturdy but too small to hold the average paper towel roll; have to wait until I've used up the roll for it to fit in the holder.

Front piece loose and not obvious how to tighten it.
The front piece that holds the paper towel end in place was loose on arrival. It wasn’t easy to tighten as there is a felt covering on the bottom of the stand. By pressing on the fabric under the piece I was able to tighten it but the pressure to tighten the piece left an indentation in the felt. It isn’t apparent since it is under the stand. Also the color of the stand isn’t as bright or deep a red as pictured.

Just screw it in!
Perfect for my "coca-cola" kitchen! I had to remove the bottom so screw in the poles tighter because they came VERY loose. Many reviews had the same issues. Some people received dented ones, mine is in good condition. Anyway, if its loose just peel the adhesive bottom back and you have access to the screws. Its worth it!

Not quite the red I was looking for
This product is not the deep red I was looking for. It actually almost looked pink on my counter. Arrived also with the metal rod loose - had to hold it at the felt at the bottom to get it to tighten .Nice but not the color I’m looking for .

Looks nice and very sturdy
Only 4 stars because a new roll of paper towels is a bit big for it, hard to get the towels ripped off.
