I couldn't determine if I benefitted from this before I quickly ran out of product while taking yhe recommended dose. To continue taking costs $40 every few weeks. Crazy expensive. Never again. Buy beets and eat em. You could eat curry for your turmeric or buy the powder in your grocer's cooking spice section.

I purchased the Tumeric and Beet Root supplement as a recommended purchase with the cleanse capsules. I usually take Beet supplements to help with blood pressure and was pleased with the replacement.

Worked great for pain inflammation made it easier to work with my old knee injury and the Arthritis in my body.It's expensive to buy and run out quickly for the cost makes it harder to keep on buying I've been out of a month now and trying to find a better price to buy it for and the other thing is I get the taste like a swallowed a whole container of Black pepper.

Easy to swallow and pain relief in the morning and notice a different in my gut with bloating. The night shred help me a lot with waking up and going to get a snack at night I can actually sleep through the night.

I love this product!!! I didn’t think anything could help with my feet and leg pain, I take an extreme amount of pain medicine and that still doesn’t get rid of the pain but this product really helps me.The capsules are not hard to swallow, they go down very easily. Oh there is no funky aftertaste either. I am so happy my son ordered these for me I will be taking them for the rest of my life!! I definitely would recommend this to anyone. Go ahead and try them I’m sure you won’t be sorry!!!

I tried Tumeric because I had had acid reflux in the past and was trying to calm my GI system. I was taking a proton inhobitor and had tried to stop it with rebound effects so harsh that I gave up and was resigned to continuing prescription medication . Once I started taking tumeric I realsied that I wasn't taking the prescription medication as often and have now complete;y stopped the proton pump inhibitor.I much prefer taking tumeric

I like the fact that so much can be put into a concentrated dose by pill and be as effective compared to just digesting the rawness of actual beets/turmeric products. Only thing I would change is the potency. Its quite strong, but nonetheless still good and natural. I've weighed myself throughout the week and lost 3 lbs even amongst eating non-healthy foods. The combination of this and other inno products is a must. You'll see a huge difference physically and most definitely mentally.

I decided to give it a try for this product. I usually by Turmeric from a different brand, but since I started trying products from this company I decided to buy it. I waited at least two weeks to write the review. I guess the beet root complex and bioperine help to boost the benefits of the Turmeric. I feel energized and definitely working as an anti-inflammatory for me . I recommend this product for sure!

There are many turmeric products on the market but this one works for me everytime I need to suppress my joint inflammation due my gluten intolerance. I've tried so many pills and potions in the past. This complex just works
