I use this shaker bottle for my pre-workout in one side and branch chain amino acids in the other side. It suits my needs and eliminates the need for another shaker bottle. It's dishwasher safe and seems sturdy. It has two removable hard plastic screens to allow liquid to pass through and incorporate your powder. The lid snaps on securly and keeps the chambers separate so you're not acidentally mixing two beverages. I ordered it in pink and it's bright and beautiful.

my favorite pink.Hot pink, the bottle its okay nothing special just a plastic cup.Giving 5 stars for the color! I Was able to find the pink bottle i wanted,and l'm happy that l don't need 2 bottles with me.l can do my protein drink and coffee,l can do my protein drink and water.l will order again if they still have the hot pink color and l wanna see how long it lasts first.

Not too crazy about this cup. It's cute and seems practical but it's actually more of a hassle. For me at least. Not enough space/room to properly mix your protein /prework out in. Only allows you to put very little water. Also annoying to clean. Will not be buying another one.

I love this cup. The color is bright, the size is perfect. I don’t have to go to the gym with two bottles I could just put in my pre & post work out powders shake and go. . I received lots of compliments at the gym..

I love this cup and its bright color. I usually put preworkout in one side and BCAAs or water in the other side when I go to the gym. I also like the fact that both sides stay completely separate and it doesn't leak. I would definitely recommend this cup.

Not bad if your doing two mixes. Pre workout and amino and glutamine. Not protein. Clumps up and does not mix well. Good for two mixes though. Too long to clean and too many parts.

I bought one for me and one for my friend. We both love the convenience of drinking our pre workout beverage and then our protein shake after our workout all in one cup. Holds beverages great without spilling!

Why didn't I think of this? This shaker delivers on its promises. I read many reviews about the top leaking but I haven't had that problem. (Only have it 10 days though.) I primarily use it to keep my protein drink on one side & ice water on the other so when I'm done working out I can immediately down a COLD protein shake. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the lid clasps. They don't appear to be extremely durable. Open and close the clasp 50-60 times and it may be time to replace. Overall, a good buy. I highly recommend.
