I purchased the Medela Pump and Style Advanced from my friend. After much use the connector where the tube connects broke off. I called Medelas customer service and asked about purchasing a replacement face plate. I told the CSR that I had purchased it from a friend. She told me that the Medela machines are "one mommy only machines" and that she couldn't sell me a replacement part or tell me what store I could go to. I was so irritated. I told her I'll just go online, you don't have to tell me anything! Thank goodness for Amazon, and their price was cheaper too.

Great quality
Great replacement for my broken Medela faceplate. My 4 year old knocked my pump off the stool and it broke one of the pieces for the tubing to hook onto. This new faceplate works like a dream! Back to pumping at full strength again

This is a good replacement part!
My toddler had taken the little rubber piece out that stops the air flow and lost it. I ordered this faceplate and it was exactly the part I needed. Fit on perfectly and worked just like before.

Fits and works great!
This fit my Madella pump perfectly! One of the plastic pieces that fit into the tubes broke off and I really need a replacement. I'm so glad that this was so easy to find I worked so well. Problem solved!

The only problem I have is the little yellow rubber plug that contour which side pumps keeps falling off and is easily lost.

Highly recommend
Everything is great but I wish there was a way to just buy the little rubber piece than buy the whole face plate. But now I have one in case of emergency in hr future.

I replaced the face plate bc i really only needed ...
I replaced the face plate bc i really only needed a new rubber stopper piece for using only 1 side as mine seemed stretched out and I got very little suction when pumping on 1 side only. The piece isn't available for purchase alone, so I ordered a whole face plate.Same issue. Just seems that the rubber piece is not designed well on this pump.
