Came in small box,
Thought this isn’t what I ordered, but after opening it was very delighted with the product it has a very strong extensible arm/cord/lead whatever you would call it, I really thought that’s strong I really had flex my muscles get it to my desired position. Don’t think this will break. Great buy can’t fault it

Better with time
Ooo, she didn't 'alf creak when she 1st arrived and golly, she was as stiff as a board but once we got over that I was glad she came.

Revolutionary
Living in a boat, my quarters won’t accommodate a permanent mounted fixture so this is the perfect solution for my phone or switch. It takes a bit of wrangling to get the gooseneck into position but that’s because it is so sturdy. The more coiled the neck is, the greater the support, but can still hold my switch when extended. Adjusts well at every point - the clamp fits many edges/surfaces, ball mount on the screen holder tightens up too, the screen clamp doesn’t feel flimsy. If this doesn’t break it will be such a worthwhile purchase. It is very portable but considering buying another so I can find the perfect positioning and leave as is.

Hard to manoeuvre.
Bought this for an elderly relative & set it up for them, but this item was completely rigid & had very little movement to it. I found it extremely difficult to change the shape to suit my relative to watch their tablet in bed. It's now in the bin, so therefore, definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Thumbs up.
The bendy part is sturdy, but it does wobble a lot when I touch the devices. Apart from that it’s a good product, I blend it into a snake shape for a bit of stability.

Simple to use and does the job
Very quick delivery. Good value. Would recommend. I bought this to use with my Samsung Galaxy TabA. It fits perfectly and holds it in place really well. It also holds my samsung galaxy mobile. The adjustable bracket opens quite wide for a range of places to attach it. The bendy arm is very stiff but needs to be so it won't flop about but be careful when adjusting as you could snap the handle that twists to tighten the bracket.

It is a handy tool to have. A bit stiff but will get better the more you use it.
