the material these wedges are made of feels like rubber and it is designed to not slide which is good. They are still soft and do the job - though i did eventually buy the mattress with cells that inflate and deflate to prevent bed-sores. I still use these to prop up the leg to change bandages on feet.

I bought this wedge to stay on my side to control snoring. It really works. I sleep with this touching my back and it stays there. It must be the beads. When you try to roll to your back, you ride up on it and prevents you from sleeping on your back.

This is an odd product and not what I expected. First, it's actually a bean bag, not a foam or solid-filled wedge. Next, it's too full to wedge anywhere. My family member uses it as an additional head pillow or under her lower leg to keep her heel off the bed. The cover is hard to describe. It is plastic, but somewhat lumpy. It would probably be easy to clean. It's very lightweight.

Too small

This thing is fantastic. My boyfriend's mother is virtually bed- and chair ridden. She has sever lower back pain. We use this to support and stabilize her back while she is in bed, changing sides frequently. It really helps. And as an added bonus, we use it over a thin pillow where she reclines in her easy chair. It molds into the shape of her feet.

Serves as intended. Does not slide around.
