If you dont/can't hook it to your digital output, won't go into HD mode...No off switch.Why is there no manual on the website?Why is this device not even listed on the company website? Manual that comes with is not very detailed either.

This is real easy to setup. Connecting a single bluetooth devise was a breeze! Works great with one device connected only, once I tried to connect the second device the volume would fade in and out then drop the first connected device after about 10 seconds. I have tried to contact tech support more times than I can think of over a the last two weeks with no response at all. I am going to be returning the device for something that works with two devices at once. And yes the two bluetooth devices I am connecting are Bluetooth 5.0 devices!

Easy set up and worked perfectly. I can watch tv at night now without disturbing anyone sleeping.

Instructions could be better, no battery - must be plugged in, no US customer service phone number. Once I got it to work it has great extended range for Bluetooth.

Perfect, exactly what I was hoping for, simple set up and pairing to my bluetooth headphones and no sound delay between the TV and headphones. Works simultaneously with the external speakers, if we want the house quiet but someone can still watch TV we just turn the soundbar off, headphones still get the audio from the TV in perfect quality.Works exactly as advertised, have not tested the range but we only plan to use it in the house so when I am reading or studying she can still watch a movie and we don't disturb each other.
