Faulty
Bought this for a Christmas present and it’s no longer working properly - one ear plug keeps cutting out. Unable to contact seller to get this either replaced or refunded.

Excellent value but puzzled by the charging protocol.
I’ve found them surprisingly good given the low price. I suspect I need to remove them from the case once charged as a few times I’ve left them in for a few days (fully charged) and found them out of charge. To be fair the instructions were on a tiny piece of paper which I mislaid so no idea what they said about this! I’m really pleased with them given I didn’t want to spend a lot and they are for occasional use.

Not very loud and only get less than an hour on the battery useless waste of money

Doesn't stay in ears.
Not a very good fit in ears. They fall out easily. Difficult to switch on and off. Should be one click for on and one click for off rather than several clicks. Not a lot of adjustment on the sound level. Good battery life once fully charged.

Great product low price
Buds are easy to connect and do not easily lose connection. Battery life is excellent and charging time is quite low. Buds are comfortable to wear for adult or child. All round good product.
