Separating the Bluetooth Audio from the LEDs require 2 additional wires wires being fished through the down rod.Photo 1: Remove these screws and the cover. This will allow you to see the existing wiring (photo 2) so you can fish the new wires through and not damage the wiring that's already there.Photo 3: I have used red and black wires for this. I had to fish one wire at a time, as there's not a lot of room inside the down rod. Be careful and do this slowly.Photo 4: Connect the Bluetooth Audio to those new wires as shown. This separates the audio from the LEDs.Then, when hanging and connecting the fan's wiring to the existing home wiring, this new red wire connects to the black (hot) wire, and the new black wire connects to the bare (ground) wire. At that point, the wall switch will activate the Bluetooth Audio and the remote will control the light and fan separately. The fan's light will still come on when the wall switch is turned on, but it can be turned off with the remote, and the audio will still be working.Happy Hacking !

I replaced a gothic, candelabra which came with the house when we bought it and this fixture just looks so much cleaner and more modern. It's a neat concept that has a couple of flaws. The installation was not difficult but I watched many youtube videos on how to prepare this kind of fixture and other videos on how to install a ceiling fan.The hanging bracket is a little wider than an average junction box so you'll need to figure out what you need to do given your situation.There is an option on the remote to switch between a cool led light, a warm led light or a combo of both. I only like the warm light but you have to click past the cool light to turn it on. So, that's kind of annoying.The fan is pretty quiet even on high. Low doesn't deliver much air but medium and high are good.I followed all the directions in the videos i watched but it seems there may be an issue with my remote or the receiver. When I click the fan on medium it clicks on the light, so then I have to turn off the light if I don't want it on. When I click the fan on high the light seems to stay off.The fan and light can operate independently from each other but the bluetooth and the light are connected. So, no bluetooth without turning on the light. Maybe using a second set of wires someone could bypass this. I don't know. So this also means every time you turn on the light the bluetooth noise comes on and it automatically connects to your phone unless you disconnect it on your phone.I thought my light was the kind which could access the full light spectrum by using an app, however, this particular light does not have that option.Given the price, the basic function and the look I would recommend this light or one like it. It's a fun piece and it is functional.

Absolutely beautiful! Perfect for bedrooms and low ceiling rooms that you still want a chandelier feel. Speaker works really well and good sound quality, I was worried it would be poor quality sound for the price, but it’s not. And it automatically pairs with my Bluetooth when I go in my room. Love that I can put a timer on the fan too... most issues came with assembly, instructions given were for a different fan and didn’t match up at all, it told me to unscrew the top to install the led lights but you simply place them on and it clicks on with magnets already on them. Did lots of guess work putting it together and connecting internal wires which were a mess, and thankfully I guessed right... complaint with the remote is that you cannot control the speakers from it at all, just through your phone, and if your light switch is turned off, the remote will not work at all, so keep your light switched turned on to avoid getting up all the time or in the middle of the night. Overall it is a very good value and looks super high end and posh! Very happy with it once it was installed. Kids and teens would love it too because it plays music and it’s neat to watch the clear blades appear and retract.

I absolutely love this “fandelier” it is beautiful, but I had to return it bc there is no dimmer on the light and the light has to be on for you to play the music or use the bluetooth. That is the only reason I sent it back. I got a different one, but I still like the appearance of this one much better.

As many have mentioned, installation was crazy. I should have took notes so I could provide better directions. We got the whole fan up before we realized the receiver for the remote needed to be in the mounting bracket. The lights are magnetic and just sit on the metal (see picture). The other box is for the speaker. The adhesive wasn't strong enough and my box fell immediately. The cover feels like cheap plastic. That surprised me considering the cost.. The Bluetooth seems to only work with iPhone. Of course, I have an Android. Still cute enough to keep. The fan blades are really inconspicuous and produce a significant amount of air.

This is a very cool blowing ceiling fan. I love the fact it plays music via Bluetooth. The instructions isn’t clear like previous buyers said on their comments. But if you look at the videos under the ceiling fans here on amazon there’s multiple videos on the install. Pretty much everything is assembled before hanging the fan. I even put in the lights and the cover before I hung mines. All I had to after that was attach the wires to ceiling wires put in a couple of screws and I was done. I also love that it’s a super bright led light too. The only complaint I have is that the Bluetooth speaker doesn’t work if you don’t have the light on. The fan still does but the speaker doesn’t. I’m very happy I purchased this ceiling fan. 5 stars!!!!

I put this in my bedroom. I installed it in less than an hour. The fan is great and the speaker is nice enough for quiet music. The only thing I don’t like is you can’t play the speaker with the light off. My daughter wants one in her room.

I love this unusual ceiling fan with the light. Works great, it's easy to install and everyone says how nice it looks. Took a while to find just the right ceiling fan but finding this one was worth it.
