Amazing energy!
Well what can I say about this product? It's amazing! I ordered this because reading about NAD and NMN and trying to fight off the ageing I thought I would give it a go. I was very surprised however, that given the price of this just how tiny the packet is - 10 grams - Gulp! This better be good!I took the first dose which is one scoop placed under your tongue. The taste is ok with a bit of a sour kick at the end. It made me shiver the first time. But withn about 20 minutes, I had a clear head and had more energy than I have had in a while. I wrote an amazing article that took me 8 hours but I was so focussed and the feedback I have received on it is fantastic! The rest of the week, I cleaned my house from top to bottom and picked up all my hobbies that has seemed to go by the wayside. I've even started running. I feel great!The only issue is that for the first couple of days I couldn't really sleep. I am an insomniac anyway but I was concerned I'd feel rubbish the next day, but I didn't, I felt normal. However, over the week I have decided to only have half a dose. I still have lots of energy and focus and I can now sleep. I have no idea if this really works as an age regeneration product and its too early to tell - but it certainly is an excellent energy product and I feel healthy, strong and back to my old self again. As someone who is really sensitive to stimulants where even caffiene will cause my heart rate to pop, this is a godsend!

After reading lots of articles on NMN, I decided to find a one to try in Amazon considering the price point and purity%. Though there are different ways to consume, I would advise sublingual form to be the most beneficial one considering that it gets dissolved pretty quickly. Brief research landed me in this product and I have ordered it right away. By mistake , I got tablets instead of the powder. The product support team was so quick to resolution and shipped me the powder straight away.Arrived neatly and tightly packed with a little measuring spoon to comply with recommended consumption everyday. Have been using it for close to 10 days now and am seeing spike in my energy levels though the other benefits seem to be realized only when you use it for long sustained period of time. The product is definitely a top notch when it comes to purity , so I will complete my course before planning to use it on continual basis. Please remember to store in cool place possibly fridge.

I am an energy craver!
As someone who has suffered from a chronic lack of energy for much of my adult life, I periodically look around for a supplement that may assist. Many, I am afraid, have disappointed.However, NMN seemed like it may have some value to me, so I purchased my first pouch recently. I have only been taking the product for a matter of days, so am reluctant to givea comprehensive verdict. However, I will say that initial senses are that this may indeed be able to raise my 'energy bar" and I would like to continue "trialling it" for a longer period of time. The company providing this product- "Youth and Earth"- have impressed me with their contact and their informative web site. The downside? Expensive! I will need deep pockets to continue purchasing...BUT I am encouraged by my initial experience of NMN. Thank you, Neil.

Really like this product, but prepare yourself for how small the packet is!My energy levels are different , improved - going out for bike ride more often without feeling totally done in,especially like working it is working at cell level, everything feels a bit 'renewed'.would like to understand why so expensive, like gold dust i suppose.

Is what it says and does what it says.
Reviewing supplements like this isn't always easy. It can be very subjective and people will have different experiences. I have had a different brand of this before, and believed it did as it claims. I bought this one and am pleased with how it came packaged and also a very good price. Would recommend this to anyone.

Gold in a pouch
Had read a lot about this product. Initially shocked at the small packet size, I was pleased to find you only need a small amount.Have been taking every morning and feel GREAT!!! Let’s see how things progress

RIP off not 10g
There is no way that 10g are in the tiny pouch provided. I've had 10g from other brands and there is at least double the amount than you get here. The spoon takes up half the packet too. RIP-off, avoid

Did not give any effect
I usually use another brand of NMN with great effect … but wanted to try this as Youth and Earth seem like a good brand through my research. However this powder just did not give me any effect at all, in fact if anything I felt dizzy and had headache. Will definitely not be buying again, and this will go in the bin.
