Seymour Duncan SJ5 Single Coils Jazz Bass Pickup Black

I like this pickup so much that I have replaced the Fender and Fender style pickups in about 6 of my bass guitars. It has a fuller bottom end, thicker in sound and a nice bright edge (when you want it)...sort of like a Fender pickup on steroids. Highly recommended. (Pro bass player, toured on the road for 22 years)

I got a set of these to replace the crappy factory pups in a 5 string Mexican Jazz Bass. They fit perfectly. Not all Jazz Bass pickups are the exact same size and form factor. Be careful when ordering and measure your existing pickups carefully.They sound great. Better volume and tone.

These pickups sound great! I purchased these to replace the stock pickups in a 2001 fender mim jazz v. Wow did these bring that bass to life, smooth fat lows or with a twist of the tone knob nice and bright with bite. these also gave my bass a very nice growl.
