Not the best bagels,but filling
I want to say that I understand why people dislike these bagels. They're bland and dry and, quite frankly, you will choke on them if you swallow too quickly or not put something on them that softens them up before heating. I have choked while eating these in a rush, way too many times than I'd like to admit. But I have been buying these since I started the keto diet 5 years from now. They might not be the best tasting bagels out there, in fact they're most likely the worst. There are some brands that are amazing and taste just like regular bagels, too. But these are the ones I buy the most because calories, price and carbs matter to me. With other brands, they are 300+ calories, 4-8 carbs, and just as much if not more expensive than these. I find that these bagels are filling for not that many calories so it's a nice addition to a meal or an easy, filling food item when traveling. It's also important to be hitting your protein nutrients to make up for the lack of carbs on the diet. I was skimping out on counting protein for a while, but now that I am it's a huge boost to the daily protein while also being filling (and I don't get full easily). So are these bagels dry and tasteless? Yes. Are they a sorry excuse for the title of a "bagel"? Absolutely. Does this, unfortunately, apply to ALL ThinSlim products? Yeah...yeah it does. Even the sweets taste bland. But you can't beat the nutrients pros you get and how filling they are. A lot of non-keto bread products are just useless filler items that aren't necessary to the meal anyways so I don't mind this.

Circular dry bread
These are possibly the worst bread I have ever tasted. I say bread because they are not bagels! Round? Yes, but not bagels. The texture and taste of this bread bear no resemblance to bagels. If pressed I would compare them to stale white sandwich bread. If you are looking for a good quality boiled bagel look else where.

Decent for zero net carbs
Note: These bagels do not come pre-sliced, and my bagel cutter just smashed them. The flavor is a bit cardboard-like, and once toasted the bagels tend to be a bit hard. But overall, for a bagel that has zero net carbs, I was pretty impressed. I use a ton of cream cheese, so the flavor (or lack thereof) didn't bother me too much.Side note: I ordered the "everything inside" bagels assuming they would be like normal "everything" bagels. These bagels taste like plain bagels. I have no idea where they got the "everything inside" notion, but these are plain old bagels.I am going to continue to shop around for other low carb options, but I may come back to these. They aren't the best, but they aren't the worst. I was able to get used to the flavor and texture over time.

Not good
I have ordered the cinnamon bagels many times however the product has changed and not for the better. There was no cinnamon taste ( I checked the wrapper to be sure they sent the right ones - yes it said cinnamon) The texture was awful. I will miss the good product it used to be !

I tried. all the bagels & bread products
I’ve tried all of the ThinSlim products: bagels, bread, & pizza crust! And for keto I think they are a really good products and taste really good. I purchased some carbonaut bagels and the bagels started falling apart when I tried to cut them down n half! Horrible bagels!!!I noticed that there are some people that say it doesn’t taste very good and it’s either cardboardy or spongy; that’s probably because they are making it the wrong way!1. First important do not microwave these bagels if they have just been in the freezer!2. Never, put these bagels or bread in the toaster, the toaster must change its texture because that’s when it taste like cardboard!!!3. The best way I have found to toast these bagels is when you take them out of the freezer let them thaw for a little while or take them out the night before how many you want to use and put it in the refrigerator to thaw out. Only around 10 minutes and they start to thaw out, but do not try to thaw them in the microwave.4. And then put some butter, I use quite a bit of butter in a fry pan and I toast these bagels in the fry pan I medium heat with butter, and they turn out really really good!!! Very tasty!5. After you toast them with butter in the fry pan and they get all nice and crusty and toasty looking, you can put cream cheese or whatever you want on top of it and it makes it even taste even better!!!6. My husband likes them toasted in the fry pan just with butter, and I like them toasted in the fry pan with butter and or sometimes I’ll put whipped cream cheese on top of it too. Both ways turn out great!!!Give it a try! The best bagels I’ve had so far have been the better brand bagel but you only get four in a package and they’re very expensive, but they taste just like real bagels!!!I haven’t been able to find them at the stores anymore lately, so I don’t know if they’ve been discontinued or if they are still selling them, but they have two types of bagels: one that’s a plain bagel, and the other one is an everything bagel, and both taste great!!!
