Excellent. Straightened me up right away while Im gaming. I also try to wear it around the house, but dont wear it for too long if you are just starting. It might give you a stiff neck and a headache if you a hunchy/sloucher like me. Thats normal tho. Take yo time. And strut on!

This is the most comfortable orthotic I've ever tried.The ones I've tried before, they've all been cut under the armpits, and I can't stand wearing them for more than 60 seconds because they can really hurt my armpits.I thought I was just stuck in my bad position, but it turned out to be helpful...I found this product.It has Velcro pads that fit on underarm straps.It was a game changer for me, and I can now wear a posture brace without having to endure the excruciating pain under my arm.Another reason I like it is that you don't have to wear it all the time.Just follow the description, how many hours a day you should wear it, and how long it should exercise your muscle memory.We're not born with bad posture...Over time, we develop this habit, which teaches your body to stop doing the negative things that lead to bad posture.This way you can use your muscle memory to develop good posture again.

This is my second day using the posture corrector, and it is so far doing what it is supposed to do. It brings my shoulders back, making me stand up straight and stuck in my stomach. It keeps you conscious about your posture while forcing you to maintain it. I had a question about recommended use times, and they replied promptly within the next morning. They recommended to start with 20min a day and gradually move up to 2 hours a day, but to not wear it more than two hours a day since it is not a constant muscle support, but helps train your back muscles so that with time you will not need external support.

I was a bit worried at first that this would be uncomfortable to wear, but over the past week+ I have worn it, it's been incredibly comfortable and has made my back feel much better. I do have a "hump" on th back of my neck I'd really like to get rid of and I'm hoping this will help the more I wear it. It's not the most comfortable because of my broad shoulders and the straps could be a bit longer, but its not to the point I cant wear it.

This posture corrector is easy to adjust even without the help of another person. I put it on right after receiving it and noticed a different in my posture immediately. This works great at relieving back and shoulder pain. I didn't realize how poor my posture was until I started wearing it and the pain relief more.

Let me preface this by saying I’ve had severe back and neck pain for over 10 years. I have mild scoliosis in my thoracic and lumbar spine with kyphosis of my cervical spine.I bought this to help with the hump on the back of my neck and the worsening back/neck pain I’ve been experiencing.This posture corrector doesn’t really seem to do much of anything except irritate my arms from the straps. It’s very flimsy and the straps twist and get tangled with every use. I can only wear it for maybe 30-45 min at most before it starts really irritating my skin so I have to take it off. It’s been sitting in my trunk for a week now because I’m so over it.

The straps are way too long for just going under somebody's arm pit area. It also constantly rides up so it does not do its job properly. Because the straps are so ridiculously long it's hard to get them attached because they are practically behind you. Also the under arm straps are very wide and cause irritation. I would not reccomend this brand. When it's in place and I dont have a tank top on it seems to sorta work.

This was a waste of money. I am not a small guy, but I am by no means muscle bound. I’m 6 feet tall and 220 lbs. It was a joke trying to put this thing on. The strap ends were all the way at the buckles with nothing left to wrap forward and Velcro. My wife 4’10” and 90 pounds could wear it comfortably, and most unisex items dwarf her. Unless your tiny or have super thin shoulders, this thing is not going to fit you. More Chinese made garbage ala Amazon.
