Are these lionchu or regular ranchu ? Cause the picture they look like lionchu

They're regular ranchus. At least the ones I received are.

So there guarantees only not dead on arrival? So what if they show signs ick worms bacterial fungus? There just guarantee to be breathing on arrival?
