Poor Quality Control and Even Worse Customer Service!
This is the second time in under a month that I’ve given a company, with a history of poor craftsmanship, another chance to show me they’ve changed. First it was Samsung, and of course, that monitor was defective… Is this really the Casio of old? With the keyboard itself, the keys are beautiful, the sounds are plentiful, and options are numerous! It can be phenomenal when paired with the included sound bar. When the sound bar isn’t connected, you’ll find the keyboard very lacking as it struggles to overpower even the most basic of white noise. One thing to note, the keyboard is only portable, if you consider using a screw driver to unmount it from the stand as portable. Also, the built-in speakers would make that quite challenging as well. However, I didn’t buy this for portability so, I’m good there. So, here’s where things went south! The bundle arrived, on time, and with everything that was advertised… However, upon pulling it all out of the box and attempting to build it, I discovered that one of the holes in the side of the speaker bar was never bored out! This would be simple enough, if not for the fact that there are metal sleeves in the other holes, to lock the screw in place! So, now I have a keyboard that cannot be mounted to the stand and as a result, I cannot connect the speaker bar to it seeing that I have to keep it on my table and the rest of it just strewn about the house!I reached out to Austin Bazaar and was told they had to work with Casio as the sale was done through Amazon so they couldn’t facilitate any exchange or return. Okay, I can see where that would be an issue as they’re likely separate systems. So, I skipped them and reached out to Casio myself… I sent them a picture of the side with the defect and my invoice… I was then told that I would have to wait 2 weeks for a speaker bar, because the parts department doesn’t have any in stock! I’m more than a little disappointed that the idea of pulling one from a whole setup isn’t even considered! I mean why would they want to fix my issue, when they already have my money, and they can always sell that complete working setup to somebody else and get their money, while they make me wait for mine to function as advertised!UPDATE: Casio managed to ship a sound bar, that they pulled from another unit (wonder where they got that idea from). However, they packed it in a box that was almost exactly the same length as the sound bar (I would be surprise if there was more than a millimeters worth of space on each end)… The end result was, they wasted their time even trying, because the poor packing only made it easier for FedEx to slam the speaker bar around. In the end, I sent back their damaged replacement speaker bar and returned the Keyboard! With that said, if you really want this, buy it local, so you can just return it, rather than trying to deal with Casio!I ended up just buying the Yamaha DGX-660, in spite of the fact that everything about that keyboard failed to measure up to the features of the Casio... Why? Because quality and customer service matter as much as getting the feature set right. One Star is for poor customer service and quality control!

Nothing can beat it within its price range but there are some issues.
It is a good buy with all its features. Nothing can beat it within its price range. Colored touch screen, the speakers (built in and has extra speakers on the stand), wooden stand, recording/playback capability and it is really an attractive piano...Portability might be an issue if you want to use this weekly outside the walls of your home. You have to unscrew it all the time with the stand. It will be challenging to lift it with the stand(a two person job). It is quite heavy.Main issue the sound - II have to admit this is a screaming buy in my point of view, but my son told me that something was off with its sound. Describing it as a piano for pop songs not for classical pieces.

Great choice for a keyboard-driven digital piano
If you are looking for a digital piano with some extra keyboard features, such as rhythms and voices, you will not regret! CGP 700 is the casio's version for the yamaha dgx 650 with additional ivory-like touch keyboard, powerful speakers, touch screen display, and a more actual and sleek design.

Perfect solution for this newbie pianist
This is an excellent piano that doesn't take over the room or weigh a ton. Completely satisfied with this purchase!

Excellent choice
Excellent piano. Very rich tone. Sounds like a Grand Baldwin piano (In my opinion) but takes little space. It has 550 different tones. excellent choice.
