Exo Terra High Glass Terrarium, 36 by 18 by 36-Inch

The media could not be loaded.  The tank looks great! It’s large, sturdy, and easily cleaned. I added a video of the tank itself together, and you can get an idea of how large it is.

A hair fracture that I didn't notice split when I added water. Leaked two gallons onto my carpet. Totally ruined floor. It would have been beautiful other than the fact that I will need to replace an entire room's carpet.

This thing is huge and gorgeous. I’m using to grow Tropicals like orchids and carnivorous plants etc, and it’s like a giant canvas to work with. Spring for bright light because this thing is deep. Sleek design doesn’t look like a pet cage. Amazon shipped it with a local delivery service that called ahead and showed up on time. The terrarium arrived in perfect condition. Lots of reviews cautioned that they break easily in transport so I breathed a sigh of relief that it was intact. Assembling all the bells and whistles today, misting system, water filter, fans, and planting structures. This just about the only non custom glass box like this on the market of this size. Worth it.

Although it took 20 days to arrive, I’m pleased with this terrarium all in one piece. I’m looking forward to turning it into a Madagascar bamboo rainforest bio active paulidarium for my giant day gecko. I’ve had my gecko for a few years in a 18”x18” x 24” Exo Terra terrarium. He has outgrown the limited height and humidity. This will give him much more room to climb and explore. I’ll post photos when it is complete.My only concern is that the large double doors seem fragile. I’m not impressed with the included Exo Terra tree trunk background which I will remove. This will be mounted on a 36”x 18” tank stand.

i read the few review on this and thought twice before buying. Im glad i decided to get this. i got this because i was intrested in a buying and looking after a crested gecko so i was looking for something that was big enough for it where it could live its life happly. this was what i found.this exo terra is heavy but not as heavy as some people have claim it to be, so dont let it being "heavy" a reason not to get this. im a woman and i was able to lift this by myself and get in on a dresser. it is alot easier if you have another person helping but its not something you cant do you self.when i received this the top of the left door was chipped a bit ((not a danger to my crestie either)) but that didnt bother me other than that it was great the doors close the way it should with out difficulty the top seems sturdy and everything seems the way it should. i have not yet put water in the bottom so i cant say if it leaks or not because i have heard complaints about that with this product but so far so good.this comes with a background i dont know if its just me but the background didnt fit so i had to chip some of it away i think i might of put it wrong but other than those two problem im Very glad i got this.

looks good on the computer but when I got it I was disappointed plastic piece at the bottom where the lock is came off. when me and another friend move it I notice it makes allot of cracking noise not sure if its supposed to sound that way I made sure we pick it up the proper way. so be care full when moving it

Nice size, quality and exactly what we wanted for a bioactive habitat for our giant gecko. Shipping was a few days off, but they were very nice and got the glass tank here in one piece.Packing was good and double boxed with foam on the corners, in-between boxes. The unit isn't easy to move, it's fragile heavy and awkward. All in all very happy with the terrarium (lrg,x-tall).

Beware that the frame on this tank is plastic-and the door "hinges" are very weak! The doors can fall off the frame with no warning. I have this tank (XL) & even though no heat has been on the top right corner of this frame, the right door hinge disintegrated without warning; causing the entire right door to fall off the tank & onto my foot! Had this tank been located above a tile floor instead of carpet, this could have been disastrous! I got my tank in Feb 2012 & here it is the end of August 2012, and I must find a new tank for my bearded dragon as this tank is beyond repair.

Ich hatte schon vorher eine kleinere Version dieses Terrariums und war rundum zufrieden. Ich verwende es für meine Ameisenpflanzen, Farne und Orchideen und dafür ist es perfekt geeignet. Es leben auch zwei Zacken-Erdschildköten drin. Die vollständig öffenbaren Türen sind ein großer Vorteil gegenüber den sonst üblichen Schiebetüren, da man überall perfekt hinkommt und auch beim bepflanzen und dekorieren nicht immer die Türen aushängen muss. Genial sind die vorgesehenen Eingänge für Elektrik und Beregnungsanlage, das war bei meinen alten Terrarien immer ein Theater mit bohren und Silikonieren und hat noch dazu immer nicht gut ausgesehen.Lieferung auf Pallette von der Spedition hat auch wunderbar geklappt, der Verkäufer war sehr professionell und freundlich.Ich würde es sofort wieder kaufen.

Hat super schnell mit der Lieferung geklappt. Bis in die Wohnung getragen und heil aufgestellt. Ging so flott, daß ich mich erst jetzt bei den beiden Männern nochmals bedanken möchte.

Spedition kam mit 2 Mann, sehr bemüht von aussen kein Schaden sichtbar. Beim auspacken haben wir sofort die zerbrochenen Fenster gesehen, die sehr dürftig gegen ein herausfallen gesichert waren (schmales Tixoband 3 cm lang!) Nun warten wir bis jetzt auf unser Geld.

Das Terrarium kam wie vereinbart zwischen 7:00 Uhr und 11:00 Uhr an, die Kurierfahrer waren freundlich und haben das Paket in das entsprechende Zimmer getragen.Das Terrarium kam heil an, es ist allerdings sperrig und schwer. Dem Haustier und mir gefällt das Terrarium. Daumen hoch!

Acheté pour un gecko phelsuma grandis avec projet de mettre 1 ou 2 femelles par la suite! Permet de mettre beaucoup de plantes et de décor naturel! Parfait quand on a un peu de place
