Not a great experience. On the plus side side the scooter looks good, is easy to operate, and when there was a problem on first ride with the original battery (c.2 miles range from full battery followed by the scooter cutting out entirely) the seller sent me out a replacement battery very quickly and without quibble.On the downside the replacement battery had exactly the same issues, and additionally the scooter appears to struggle badly with the most modest of inclines - though I am unsure whether this was down to the faulty battery or the scooter itself.Having accepted my request for refund, the seller than sent me a return label that required me to pay postage. For reference this is quite a heavy item, I'm in the UK and the seller was in Germany. Amazon, whilst as helpful as they could be under the circumstances, could only do so much due to the scooter being a Marketplace item. However, in the end the seller did send me a return label with the postage paid.The item was signed for on 15 August 2020 by the seller. I chased them politely by email after a more than reasonable 7 business days on 25 August 2020 asking when I could expect my refund, and the refund was finally actioned by the seller on 29 August 2020. Somewhat bizarrely given the above I was also asked if I could leave "a positive feedback or review" which raised a wry smile at least.Based on the above, I would strongly recommend looking to different brands if you're in the market for an electric scooter.

Bought my first one and the LiPo battery was DOTB which is a bad sign. Put on charge and 1 hour later fully charged???.... not a good omen. 2 miles later dead as a Dodo. Emailed customer support and after a few exchange emails they replaced the battery. nearly fully charged on arrival...Good sign, put it on charge and 2 hours later fully charge. Did about 5 mile and only 1 pip down Really pleased....So was my wife, so ordered her one to...... Then ground hog day happened... dead on arrival battery , but this one quits after a mile, just waiting on customer service to arrange a replacement battery.NOTE to Grundig please check the battery before dispatch, you seem to have had a faulty batch according to my and others on here experience..... Would have given it 5 stars otherwiseLatest:- new battery arrived and now everything is as it should be. Really pleased with the scooters, so’s my grandkids!! Thanks to Grundig customer services for their quick resolution to the battery issue

Received my scooter pretty quickly considering it was shipped from Germany. Scooter quality is amazing. Feels really solid. I love the design and feel. Ride is smooth and comfortable.Now the bad part. Afer charging to the max I'm barerly getting 1 mile out of it. Within a minute battery drops to 3 bars and in less than 10 min dies. Contacted seller for battery replacement. Will update review once I recieve reply.UPDATE as of 03/06/2020Seller decided to send me new battery even though I had requested refund. Battery was received week after dispute. New battery charge to the full and maintains charge according to specs. With new battery greater issue developed. Scooter shuts off every 1-2 minutes. At first I thought it was battery disconnecting due to poor holder design but then I've noticed it shuts off even when on flat surface with no bumps or when stationary.However the worst part is I had to open Amazon dispute claim due to lack of response from the seller. I've been dealing with amazon claims department for over a week and for over 2 weeks in total.Seller should be banned from selling items on Amazon and item itself should be taken of as its not safe to ride.

on arrival battery was faulty. after speaking to Grundig Germany, they send me a new battery after a week. Although new battery was ok, but maximum distance I can travel with this scooter is 12-13km. spoken to Grundig team, they explained 25km is on ideal situation ( depending on weather and road condition!!!). I have now returned the scooter and have received my refund fully

The design is beautiful. the quality is very good. but the first battery doesn't work well. the bars do not complete the full charge and after 2 miles the battery died. I was Really disappointed with the battery life. I contacted the seller. They send me a new battery and it works very well. 👌🏻

It’s been 7 weeks I’ve had my scooter and been trying to get my problem resolved with the battery. I’ve emailed and rang but had no luck with contacting anyone. I would completely avoid buying this product. Really disappointed and angry that my children’s gift doesn’t work.It is hard to write a good review when the battery doesn’t charge properly and you only get 10 mins maximum use out of it if your lucky. It also doesn’t go above Three bars out of the five bars of the power gage. I have sent an email to Grundie asking for a replacement battery, I am waiting for a reply.

It came in perfectly, they make things fast according to the situation, referring to delivery.The battery was not that perfect but they sent out another battery to settle my concern. They are very nice and customer friendly. I recommend the product because it is sturdy. I'm 88kg and I'm using it for grocery as well. It can carry both me and my stuff perfectly fine at 21kph.Max speed is 25 which is good.

I was pleased when I received my scooter, however it was short lived, I have tried changing it as per the instructions to no avail, it only charges up to 3 bars and no further. I am very reluctant to go out on it as I fear it will die on me.
