This humidor is amazing!! Sure you need to use aquarium silicone to seal the area where the outlet connects and then run an 1/4 by 1/8 inch foam around the door to get the best seal possible, but it looks good and works great!! It took me just over a week to season it with the Oasis Magna 3.0. I added LED lights around the door for lighting at night. People love it and I get constant compliments on it. I don’t know about the other reviewers, but I couldn’t be happier. Well, I wish they offered accessory parts. I’m example I would like one more either display shelf or another flat shelf that slides out above the drawers. But that’s just my thoughts.6/22 - update: ran a small 1/8 x 1/4 in window seal around the door and am using the oasis magna 3.0 and couldn’t be happier. It will be nicer when I can get the oasis fans and I can get more circulation in there, but that’s just a personal preference. VERY happy with the purchase

Great humidor, it became even greater once I got it to seal correctly. As suggested by another reviewer I used Clear Aquarium Silicone Sealant to seal around the back of the electrical outlet. I used a rechargeable USB fan to detect leaks, also you may have to adjust the cabinet catches (one at the top and one at the bottom) a small bit. A great humidor, worth buying!

This humidor is great piece of furniture and a showcase for your cigars. Remember its 1200 not 12000 so be prepared to install the supplied electrical socket, and legs if you want them on. As far as the shipping, it took about five days but it was packaged very securely. (See Photos).You will need to silicone it, however instead of using silicone on the inside, use it on the back of the unit to seal that side. It is the only place on the unit that isn't sealed tight beside the door. Once you fill the cracks in the back and around the electrical outlet, you're good to go. Then get a small 1/8 inch foam weather striping for around the door to get a great seal!It took me about four days to season it with the Oasis Magna 3.0 and an open dish of distilled water. The lights I added from Amazon (AIBOO 12V LED Under Cabinet Lights Kit 6 Pack Black Cord Aluminum Puck Lights for Kitchen Counter Closet Lighting with Wireless Dimmable RF Remote Control).I also installed the oasis fans (pretty small but they do the job). VERY happy with the purchase.

Tray dowels don’t line up. Maybe I am missing something. Everything else is great.

Love the quality construction of this piece. No lights so I installed an led kit. This one does maintain humidity with just boveda packs and brick humidifiers. No oasis magna 3 available at the time. I seasoned it with a room humidifier placed on the floor with the door open for 8 hours. It took 3 days for the humidity to drop down to 68-72. This one does seal around the door well other folk may not have been so lucky yes you should buy it.

Soooo disappointed. Bought this humidor for my husbands 40th Birthday. He was so excited to get all of his cigars in there as it really is a beautiful piece of furniture. Problem is that this humidor doesn’t seal. We had a 2nd one sent out and it had the exact same problem. When he called customer service, they told him to go get weatherstripping to put in and fill the gap. When i spend this much money on something, that is not what i want to hear. Needless to say, it set off the humidifier alarm every couple hours. Terribly disappointed with this product. I took pictures of both to show the gap.

Beautiful cabinet! My husband loves it!

Set up humidor in my home. Mediocre finish. Lock needed to be replaced. Had to weatherstrip door to get it to hold humidity. Works well. Not bad for the money.
