I want to buy a Hangsun electric brush cleaner, can I put this inside the bowl to clean the brushes?

Honestly, this is for makeup artist who need a quick clean on a brush or brushes . This isn’t a cleaner you use daily * it will damaged brushes by that I mean your brush will shed. I would use water and soap to regularly clean them . Products does work but can be harmful to brushes

Do you need to rinse this off or can it be used on the go?

I just spray it on my brush and use a washcloth to wipe off....no "rinsing" necessary.

Does this have a fragrance? Looking for something similar to Cinema Secrets without the heavy scent.
