This might well be the best investment made this year! Since the dishwasher was less than 6 months old and in use, the cheap materials and construction used in the shelf was a source of constant frustration. The original plastic part broke, and one of the wheel axles broke. And this dishwasher is only used twice a week. This product took me 10 minutes to install, is metal and much higher quality than the oem part, is less than a 3rd of the cost of oem replacement, and it works better and smoother than it ever did, even brand new. I would highly recommend this product and would go so far as to say.... don't wait for the original oem parts to break...replace this proactively, Trust me, for under $30 it's a great investment. Directions are not easy to follow so watch the video....after watching this is literally a 10 minute or less repair.

Lots of complaints about the screws rusting and the company obviously listened because it now ships with stainless screws and even provides two extras. They actually provide a couple of extra parts which ham fisted repair people like myself are liable to break (which I did) and so having those extras saved a long delay - thank you MONKEMON! As has been said three thousand times, this is a huge upgrade from the plastic parts that came with the dishwasher. This was NOT a cheap dishwasher - all stainless interior, super quiet, newest technology, etc.. and yet they cheap out on important hardware like this. Makes me wonder when the bottom rollers will fail and maybe I should order the updated parts for that now. Easy to install, the video is right on this page and runs 4 minutes which is about how long each side takes to install. Proper fitment on all parts, height adjustment works well although we never use it. Very pleased for very little money and even if it is made overseas, it's at least made correctly. As to durability, I've never been shy about coming back to some of my 7,000 reviews and changing them to lower ratings if things don't hold up and this product would be no exception.

Item was exactly as expected! On time,upgraded to metal and fit perfectly! I was even able to install it by myself. It took me a lil longer than I had planned but I think that was mostly because I have not even once done that before! (And maybe because my cat was trying to help me!) Also half the price!

Easy to install and take back apart. Paper instructions suck, pictures are too small for any detail. After installing, I found out there is a video. Maybe that should be included with the paper instructions. Product is great and works well. Don't hesitate to upgrade your DW. Just watch the video first, I guess.

Top rack plastic slider bracket broke. This was exactly what I needed to fix it and is a good metal upgrade to boot. The instructions were pretty good and I found it easy to install but I don’t know that I would recommend it to someone who isn’t mechanically inclined.

Save yourself a repair call you can do this! It took me 25 minutes to do both sides. Take their tip and watch the YouTube video just because their papered directions don’t give a good illustration. The entire process was easy and saved me an expensive service call. Honestly the part is built more durable than the original part. It’s metal which is going hold up better than the plastic clip that broke on my top rack, huge money saver too. It fits my Kenmore Elite perfectly.

It took 2 of us about 1 hour to do the repair, and it is solid and works well. The directions would have been better if the individual parts had been identified some way. There were step by step directions with photos that were difficult to see which piece was being referred to. It would have been helpful also if there was some sort of indication as how to orient each piece once we figured out which piece to use - front, back, top, bottom. I watched a couple of videos which were not very helpful for me either. It is nice that some of the parts are metal instead of plastic, so hopefully will be stronger. The parts with this repair kit look nothing like what came on the dishwasher originally, so that further complicated the removal of the old product to begin with.

Fit was a perfect replacement for our Whirlpool dishwasher. Quality parts and very easy to put together! Instructions recommend also searching for the included part number on "the video website,' which I assumed was YouTube... and the first video was short and to the point. Step by step instructions on taking off the old parts and putting on the new ones with a lot of fluff and waiting around. Highly recommend!
