Works great for boat trailer lights, fully submerged and no problem

Flowing? Maybe!
Brought for a large campervan especially liked the flowing turn signal. Unfortunately it flows so fast is almost negligible, had to watch it several times to even notice it, otherwise would have been 5 stars.Would I buy again, yes but will warn my clients first.
