I am an amateur radio operator and use this size plug(1/8 inch mono phone plug) for extension speakers. These are very easy to use. Strip the wires and solder in place. Some heat shrink tubing or self fusing tape completes the job. After receiving these, I fixed two speakers that needed plugs. These soldered very easily to the speaker wires. They now will work as extension speakers for my ham rigs or scanner. This is a very nice product, I am glad I got it and highly recommend it.

These are great plug and wire replacements for fixing a bad connection on headphones. Can also be used in several types of electronics projects. They are a good deal.

Works for wiring external speakers

I combined this plug with a remote fob and a relay board to custom make a few Halloween prop controllers. This mates perfectly with the Spirit Halloween, Lowe's and Home Depot style props that have the remote activation switch. The length of the attached wire was perfect for what I needed. Nice hand mono plugs

This worked well for me. I used this to plug some devices that came with an inferior 2.5mm plug estim powerbox into a superior 3.5mm plug powerbox. These jacks fit well, which can be a major problem.
