Fits TIGHT out of the box- might seem hard to get your head in and out of the helmet
I'll wear this helmet the usual 15-20 hours then add to the review, but even after measuring my head multiple times and getting a "large" result off the Arai site, this helmet physically hurts to wear right now....immense pressure between forehead and back of head. (Maybe I have an elongated head?)(either that or this helmet is just made for people with Charlie Brown heads)
