Hi quality product. Especially for the price. Definitely would purchase again. The hose is also high quality. And is long enough to reach from either side of the vessel. Water flow is adjustable by pressure applied to lever while in hand. And it is strong enough to power wash a diaper or for cleaning and gentle enough for skin. Great product. I don’t feel the Cradle for the head is adequate for the product. But we have not installed Or attached it to our wall for this reason. We will see. Item looks modern. Quality black matte and easy to clean. NO chipping of paint on the head or the hose. Pretty perfect. Keep the instructions for use handy. And be sure to attach to the toilet tank NOT at the wall.

Feels so clean and refreshing
This installed in minutes and works exactly as it should. It feels nice and heavy (good quality) and it is very comfortable to use. With light pressure you get a gentle stream of water, additional pressure gives a more robust spray, and it is very easy to control it to your preference. As an American I have little experience with bidets, handheld or otherwise, so I am pleasantly surprised with the experience. I was hesitant to buy one that wasn’t heated, but even in a house with 100 year old plumbing in a northern state in winter, the tap water does not feel too chilly. I have already been suggesting these to friends.

Handle is great. Connector is leaking.
I had to replace , buy new The t connector , as after 5 attempts it was still leaking. The rest is fine. Only kept this unit as I needed black.
