Basic is best
The FarrowWrap has become my solution for runaway Lymphedema in my lower left leg. Back in May 2024 I was hospitalized for an infection in my leg caused by extreme swelling. I went back home after a couple of days and all seemed ok for the next few weeks until the leg became infected again and this time worse than the previous time. Back to the hospital for 4 days and after I.V. antibiotics and of a few varieties, they managed to rid me of all infection. Two weeks later I had to see a wound Dr who specializes in hard to heal wounds. He basically gave me a death sentence saying there was little hope for a good prognosis. There was nothing he could do for me. My only hope according to him was to keep the leg elevated above my heart for two months straight 24/7.This is nearly impossible to do. I had a visiting nurse with experience in wound care/lymphedema 5 times a week. With daily changing of the bandages (necessary due to all the fluid which would leak from the leg.) Each week as the swelling started to very slowly go down she would tighten the bandages more and more. The wound also started to shrink. By July the wound was nearly healed and the leg stopped weeping with fluid (exudate.) My nurse was proud and I give her credit for her care, but really I thank God for whatever hand He had in this. I finally was able to apply this FarrowWrap myself instead of the bandages. The wrap needs to be worn 24/7 or using an Air compression sleeve which requires you to be stationary. The Wrap allows you to walk around as much as you want. It's late December and the leg maintains at just a nearly normal girth with no danger of swelling, wounds or infections as long as it stays compressed. I recommend the Basic or Classic wrap as it has more sections to fine tune the amount of compression for that area. PLus it's cheaper than the other wraps with less sections. It's comfortable to the point where you hardly notice you have it on. It's sturdily made and should last a good while.

Easy to put on. Best on the market.

Not for meโฆ
Like an octopus. I canโt manage all the arms. Probably ok if you can reach far enough. Not for me.

These things work for lymphedema if used correctly
Take a look at the instructional video on the FarrowWrap website. So much easier than the 5 rolls of wrap fastened with masking tape that I had been using. When you get the wrap tightness just right, it will definitely reduce leg swelling. This process can cause really bad itching too though, and if you scratch your legs with your fingernails you will open up "weeping" wounds that will have to be dealt with. Once you get used to these, they are great.

great product for legs
I've been wearing these leg wraps for years and I can't get by without them. I wear them daily on both legs for 6 months them get a new pair when they stretch out too much.

Does what it should
Takes practice to get it right, but it works to help with lymph drainage. Liner is a little heavy for hot weather.

Good product. Would recommend.
Bought these for my elderly dad. He cannot put on compression socks because they are too hard for him to get on. These wraps work well, however, the Velcro sticks to all sides of the wraps when putting on so this makes it hard for him as well. He has reported that his swelling from lymphatic issues has gone down with use so that is good.
