Complicated dashboard, the rarck supplied doesn't sit well, and have much less internal space for laying out food than it's size would think. Can't fit more than one sandwich or half a pack of bacon. It's design makes it really difficult to turn food without getting burned.

Had to replace our 9 yr old air fryer. This was a great buy, runs very quietly and has useful presets. Easy to use and cleans without any trouble.

Absolutely amazing I can’t believe I waited this long!

I am so glad that I ordered this air fryer. I had ordered a smaller version of this one about 6 years ago and about wore it out. I stepped up and ordered a larger Secura and I am amazed. Not only did I pay about the same amount for the bigger one, but I am also impressed with the new features the bigger Secura Air Fryer has. I received it in 3 days and they both sit side by side on the counter. The little one still works great.I have a follow-up. Even though I love this air fryer, it has, what could be a serious flaw. The handle screws loosen up from the basket every 4th or 5th time I use it, which could be dangerous. I have an older model which is smaller but I never had this problem. Just beware.

I'm in love with this Air Fryer.. very easy to use. I enjoy all the features the air fryer offers. I only cook 2 foods out of this so far. It was store bought French fries as pictured and chicken. The fries came out crispy and delicious and the chicken were tender and juicy very flavorful. Love the size of the air fryer too. I made the best investment in this air fryer. No regrets.

This air fryer was bigger than I expected. At first I was thinking of replacing but I give her a try, and works faster than others fryers that I have before, you can put a whole chicken inside if you want because is really big. So I'm keeping and I'm glad. Because is great

So far this works perfectly! It is a great size and everything has come out good so far.

Easy to clean, cooks everything evenly and the price was great.

We would purchase a different unit for the following reason. Does a good job but the biggest con I have is that Secura does not make a multi rack for any of their Units unlike some of the other Manufacturers Units. We never thought about a multi rack ( as this was our first purchase of a Hot Air fryer ) until after we purchased ours and now we see that a multi rack would be very useful. For example you can only cook 4 pieces of bacon at a time and using the supplied skewers as a second rack does not work all that well. On Amazon there are multi layer racks for purchase for other units but not one that will fit our Unit. I asked Secura about this and all they said is they don't have any. I took this to mean that in all probability they wouldn't be carrying such in the near future if ever.

This is the 2nd one I have bought, family loves it. My only concern it’s basically 2 year life span.

Hard to usegives off bad smellWish I returned it earlier..hard to shut off if u are finished before timer.Only goes to 400 degrees

This was super user friendly and really easy to clean. You just simply take the basket out to clean it. It is very sleek looking ...we call it the black bullet! It is quite large so expect it to use aloe of counter space. We made mini potatoes. They came out looking very tasty and browned . They were not as crispy as we expected they would be, but that was our first attempt. We are excited to try out many different foods in the air fryer . So far so good
