One of the boxes received was damaged and missing screws. But my dad was able to find some screws at the store. All in all it's a great product though.

This seemed to be fairly easy to put together, until we got to a point where the connectors were put into place, and this came with only 3 of the four needed. We contacted the manufacturer several times - tried calling them , chatting with them, emailing. Finally got through to someone who requested reciepts etc. Sent everything in, then were told they do not have the missing part available, and have no idea when they might get one in to send. Now we have this pile of product taking up space on our deck. We have to repack and return. Re-wrap and drag to a store. Such a huge disappointment - all of our wasted time and energy for nothing. I simply would not be anything from this manufacturer because of the challenges we had - spent literally hours calling (only to have the phone never answered or dropped, submitting messages through their chat feature on line to wait 25-35 minutes for someone to respond, and then miss them, send everything over via email - and no resolution or sight. I'd buy one that had more reviews - shame I really liked the style of it.Edit 7/19/2020 - Still no word from the company on the missing part. So I wasted $400+ on a pile of white metal. So frustrating - how it is possible for them to sell something without all the parts and then just leave the customer hanging is beyond me. In order to return I would have to take apart, package up, drag to a shipper (its like 75 pounds boxed and too long to fit in my own car easily), and then arrive there with no damage. They should have sent the missing part or issued a refund - I just lost hundreds of dollars for no reason.

looks great and is easy to assemble, and if you rent it looks easy to disassemble

This is the perfect solution for one that wants more than an umbrella, but not an overly decorative gazebo.It has the contemporary look I was seeking. The all white is nice as it coordinates with everything I already have.The construction is simple and it is very sturdy which is great compared to an umbrella that has to be managed when there is a breeze.

I write this review in hopes of sparing others the frustration, disappointment, and countless wasted time and energy spent on this gazebo. We researched thoroughly, considering 3-4 different options and ultimately chose this one due to its clean lines, simple design, and dimensions. First of all, this item is very poorly constructed as at least 10 of the pieces in the box were damaged (see attached photos for examples). Secondly, the instructions are severely lacking and it took my husband and I 5+ hours to attempt putting this together. (Also note, it is literally impossible for only two people to completely construct it, so we had to find two more people to help towards the end). And lastly to our horror, it is not the least bit waterproof which was our primary purpose for having it (we have no covered outdoor space at our home). This has been incredibly disappointing, to be back at square one, having wasted so much time and effort.

Got this canopy on Tuesday. There was no delay in getting it. Took my husband and I about 30 min to put up. Assembly was easy and it looks great on our patio by our pool. They hook for a light fixture works great and is a nice added touch! Highly recommend.

Easier to put together than I anticipated. Nice finish and perfect for the Southern California weather!Would highly recommend...

This is NOT well built and the instructions are HORRIBLE. No clear guidance or specifications on how to put the pieces together.
