While this may be very miner there are 3 issues that kum to mind. In order of importance to me. The pictured j-hook of 1) airline tubing & little 2) black safety thing which wld keep ur small fish from doing a nose dive neither of which kum w/ the unit. Now I do hv airline tubing so that’s really not a biggie but the little blk safety thing is a big deal. Speaking from experience I had a Cardinal tetra get stuck face first n an open piece of tubing previously - what a miserable way to go! Anyway, 3) there’s also no instructions what-so-ever. No picture No nut’n! This wznt a big deal n my case I assembled it from memory which wz when I realized that there wz no airline tubing & the little blk safety thing were MIA. I went bk thru Amazon info on the product then ordered a 2nd one which also had no tubing, no blk safety thing & no instructions. Needless 2 say I’m sending both items bk. Looking bk on it now I prolly shld hv at least plugged 1 of them n... but hindsight’s always 20/20 - sry my bad.

The filter that come with the tank is crappy. The second filter I had to buy is worse! It is a beautiful tank but not worth the time or the money. 😬

All parts seem to be in box. Completely unassembled (and I’m not mechanical) with no directions.

I got a different intake tube than the one it originally came with, but otherwise still works.

This is a pretty good pump for the money. I was glad that the manufacture offered a replacement because the aquarium cost 60 bucks. The pump is going to fail eventually. The main benefit of the tank is the sleek design and filtration system and none of that works without this pump.

This is the only replacement pump for my Hygger fish tank. I've purchased and returned two of these pumps and both of them are very noisy. I guess I'll have to buy a new tank just to get things quiet again. I will never buy another Hygger product!
