Great Tripod
Love this thing. Great tripod for the price. Comparable to Manfrotto’s similarly built video tripods and compatible with their plates. This is my third Benro tripod/monopod and they all still work great.

Good for the Money, doesn’t pass quality check.
The media could not be loaded.  UPDATE: it’s not that great, I’m getting a refund. Watch second video!Everything seems good so far but that loose pointer is a problem. I want to make perfectly the parameters for each set up so I can get up and running faster, proper readings are essential. I’d like to have that fixed or a new one sent out to me. I expected to deal with less than stellar counter balance and of course with my telephoto lens I need more granularity but again I can deal with it for $500. Over all it’s well worth the money just buy from a good seller. I guess I didn’t, they didn’t even quality check it before sending it out.

Balance doesn't work very well
My camera setup is not very heavy, on counterbalance setting 4 the camera tilts, on counterbalance 5 the camera returns to upright position

High hopes...but Houston, we have a problem.
I already own a Benro S6 kit that I bought a few years ago. I love the carbon fiber tripod from that package, but the pan had very little drag and there's no adjustment. I had hopes the S6Pro would solve that issue, seeing that it's continuously adjustable. Sadly, the S6Pro head I received had no pan drag at all, no matter the setting. It's too bad - this head had all the features I was looking for, it's fairly compact and weighs so much less than most of the competition in the < $500 range. So I'm still looking for THE budget head - I hate using the Manfrotto 502 heads. Who, in their right mind, put that tilt lock on the wrong side?

PERFECTO
Encantado con este tripode, más firme de lo que parece y los movimientos ahhh!! maravilla para video. He visto manfrottis de 1000€ mucho peores... ;)

Decent product with defects
I've been using this for nearly 3 months now. Bought it as a cheaper alternative to a Manfrotto. The product is great for what its worth, but I was extremely dissapointed that the baseplate tightened screw was bent. It still functions as it should, just with this visual defect.2nd, its not as sturdy as I hope. Because of the weight, it stays fast in place, but it does still shake a little. I realized tightening some screws helped.I did not bother returning as I needed it urgently for a shoot, and i have not had any new problems since. Overall I think its a worth buy if not for the defects in the one I got
