A Diving Necessity
I always have a jar of this silicone ready. It is especially useful for putting light coating on o-rings for underwater lights and the o-ring for the battery compartment on my Puck computer. Don't put too much,.I also use it for my steel dive knives. Take them apart after a day of diving and coat them with silicone. I have several Dacor dive knife like tools that are over 40 years old and are in great shape because they have received a regular dose of silicone. I also put a coating on the sheath and the retainer rings.
