Just Because I'm Not Famous (in the USA), Don't Hold That Against Me
Been using PREP Derma Protective Cream for more than 30 years. It has many uses on (just about) any external part of the body including on the face as a pre-post shave cream. I have personally found it most useful as effective and rapid treatment for sunburn, any type of skin irritation, and for insect bites. Soothing, cooling, elimination of itching with "magical" healing properties. Two additional things to note: 1) It used to be virtually impossible to purchase except at a few pre-Amazon on-line men's shaving boutique stores; and 2) At 10 bucks a tube, there is no better product on the market with so many uses at any price.
