Timbuk2 Rascal Belt Bag

I’m pretty happy with this purchase. The bag is the perfect size to take on my hikes. Now it is on the smaller side, I’ve been able to fit my phone, wallet, AirPods, sanitizer, and a small sun block. The zippers feel sturdy and I can fit my essentials in it when I go out. 10 out of 10. I’d definitely buy again if needed.

I like this bag, specifically the way it’s constructed. The strap is large enough for a larger waist and the pockets are easy to access and seem to hold enough stuff.I don’t really like the color combination, and I think the bag is pretty expensive for what it is, well made and all. Would be more reasonable at half it’s price.

This bag brings fanny packs to style! Well, it is not quite a fanny pack but you could certainly use like one. or cross body when travel to keep your valuable. There are two components, I guess the inside to cash or important papers and the larger one outside to keep things like cell phones, earbuds and a tether for keys. I stuck a small camera in it once!Colors theme are nice, I am sure it works for both men and women. It came with an adjustable strap that you could wea the bag around your waist or shoulder. All in all, this is my favorite bag.

This hip-pack is tiny. More suitable for a child. It barely fits a phone, a wallet and sunglasses.

From my wife Sarah: I'm very happy with this. The first thing that struck me about it is that it seems so well made. It's slightly weighty for the size, but I think that's because it's made of very durable fabric inside and outside. It seems to be sewn extremely well too. Even the main zipper looks strong and hardy.It's on the small side, but I like that. It means that I won't over pack and have extra weight. It's very practical with it's zippered pocket on the outside, and zippered section on the inside.The belt has so much flexibility for size. I'm a little fluffy and it fits me with plenty of room to spare. It could just as easily fit someone who is much smaller or bigger. The belt is also made of what appears to be very sturdy material, and the clasp seems standard for any belly bag.I can't say I love the colors - The back is a kind of dull pinkish/beige, the front and top is black and the exterior zipper is neon yellow, but it doesn't matter very much to me. It's going to do exactly what I need it for.So if the size is appropriate for you, and you don't mind the colors, this seems like a very well made bag and I'd recommend it.

Timbuk2’s FAQ says: “We evaluate the environmental impact of our materials. If it won’t last or is toxic in any way, we simply won’t use it. We will not use materials considered toxic by the global community.” I checked both Amazon and Timbuk2 before selecting this belt bag and found nothing about a Prop 65 warning, yet when the belt bag arrived, it came with a Prop 65 warning on the cardboard header.But that’s JustMe.
