Helps the Tummy!
I've been using this for years for lactose intolerance. Nothing I buy is perfect, but this is better than most. (I actually use a combination of a chewable and one of these pills when I eat dairy.)

I can eat cereal for breakfast again
I just take one in the morning before breakfast and it seems to help my digestion all day.This is a much cheaper option than buying lactose free milk.
