Honey Roasted Cashews, 3Lbs

My experience tasting excellent honey-roasted cashews was at a place in California name “Casa de Fruta” and it was fresh I cannot recall what happened to the pound plus of the cashews because they were gone (I am them of course). The fact it is not close to where I live made it sadly difficult to get this delicious snack, so I was off the hunt to find the equivalent elsewhere.After trying this product, I concur with one of the reviewers that “there is not enough honey in these cashews and a lot of sugar which defeats the name", Honey Roasted Cashews" this was more like "a tiny, tiny drop of Honey dropped in sugar Roasted Cashews".It was not disgusting (but it erred on the side of tasting stale, it just was not what I was seeking in taste... it is rated (to me) between I don't like it and it's ok (2 1/2 stars)Below defines my opinionated star ratings:One (1) star = the product grossly under delivers to the point the it was a waste of time/energy and/or this was the lowest rating allowed.Two (2) stars = the product poorly represented what is was designed for even though it works (i.e. quality, stability, below par when comparing to competition). (and the manufacturer should go back to the drawing board).Three (3) stars = the product worked (in the middle), but never met my standards overall, but the functionality was simply okay.Four (4) stars = the product is good and will satisfy most that use it, regardless if there is that one nagging thing prevented it from being the bestFive (5) stars = the product is the all-star/gold medal/excellent category and ether surprised me that it worked so well or it did exactly what was promised by the manufacturer.

A: They were, indeed, cashews and the price didn't seem that bad.....However...B: They tasted old/stale.C. They came in a bag that wasn't resealable. Had to transfer to a standard Zip-lock bag.Got them for my wife in particular. She refuses to eat them because of the lack of freshness. Disappointing.

Weren't as good as I expected. Will try another source next time.

Product arrived timely manner - was all it promised to be.

They are a tasty snack, but coated with powdered/granulated honey and a lot of sugar. Maybe would buy them again, it's priced well.
