Honestly this product is perfect, I haven't felt so confident in years. It perfectly flattened my chest, something I've been insecure about since I was a kid, and partially brought in my belly but honestly it's not much effort to just hold that in yourself, particularly when it's doing about 30% of the work for you. You lose a little mobility in your arms, particularly when reaching up, but nothing worth putting anyone off.This isn't specific to the product but as general advice, I wouldn't wear any compression wear for longer than about six hours. Wearing this stuff too long term and too frequently can leave you uh, sagging, and you don't want anything that constricts your chest at all on for too long. The product is really well aired, but again as with any compression wear be careful for how long you wear it over summer and in really warm weather. And needless to say, don't exercise in it!

Given that the medium was a 38" chest size according to the sizing chart, this is what I ordered. No way! HOWEVER, the quality looked good and the material was very nice, so I have sent the medium back but reordered the XL (2 sizes up). Watch this space!

This is too stretchy, whilst its tight, it only really works if you remember to hold your belly in- which pretty much defeats the entire purpose... quality and size is fine though

Sucks in the jelly belly so feeling more comfortable when out in public

Very good and easy to use ones you get to use to it and fit well but you have to put it down at the front to put in place
